I was a 30 a day roll up smoker for years and years and years and etc and i am truly amazed to have stopped so easily! i am just over a month in and i think i am vaping less as the days pass, maybe down from 5 to 3ml now. I LOVE the sound of the wibble, where did you get it from?

She was having trouble as it was making her cough, really really badly.

She has a bad cough but it was really making her cough badly, she was on 70:30 Ry4 from vape escape.

I think she is going to a shop today to get some advice, she was also going to try the cartomiser and see if that was better for her. I suggested maybe she would be better with 50:50 and a higher resistance clearo (she was using the one that came with it, 2.4 i think) but i am not confident enough to know if my advice is right, hopefully the shop will put her straight. She has no Internet access at the moment either so she can't get on here for advice.

It took me a few days to completely cut out the roll ups but the invaluable advice i got on here helped me so much not to beat myself up about that though inside i was thinking i would never be able to stop completely

But once i got the right juice at the right strength and the right pg:vg ratio together with the right resistance clearo AND got my head around the fact that every single draw was not going to be perfect and identical to the last one i found i just did not need or want a roll up any more.

So i just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone on here, not just the people who directly answered my queries but also those who posted their own questions, reading them all has been so, so useful to me.

I still would never dare say i will never have another roll up ever because i am scared to put that pressure on myself but i never ever believed i would go a month without fags so easily and here's hoping i have many more months like this to follow
