I have been offered to return the chi you clone for replacement, or keep it and have a 15% discount...... I'm unsure if that means returning me 15% of the price of that item or on the whole order (I expect it'll be the item). I'll ask them what happens about the whole postage cost thing and see what they say. Must say that I am very happy with their communication at the moment. I think that the majority of people complaining about them are trying to be too complicated with their language when they raise a ticket. irishcas did you try to follow it up with another message or two? I feel bad for everyone that has fallen foul of the battery and juice problem with customs, especially as it is looking like some stuff is coming through unhindered. I suppose we know now to stick to more local sources for these things  I send at least 1 message every day. I use easy language. I am still no further on and am very frustrated with them. They are closed now. God knows when I will get my next response |

My ticket is still open with fattech for weeks now and still not resolved.
I am very frustrated

With Fasttech if it doesn't say 'authentic' in the item description - it aint authentic - they are pretty clear like that. Not saying these will be bad but they aren't innokin I hadnt noticed anything listed as authentic Does anyone know of any 510 batteries that are listed as authentic |

they were sent back maybe 3 days after I got them. As soon as I used I knew they were faulty
Will send a photo of the receipt now

It is copy and paste I used.
No I didn't send a pic of the postage receipt they never asked for it.
Maybe its because the tickets still isn't closed as there are issues with other bits of the same order

I have not yet gotten the postage refunded.
I have today gotten the 1st lot of faulty batteries posted back in a gift certificate.
I try to put in my 2nd order and now it tells me the gift certificate is invalid

I must be the most unluckiest person as everything I have gotten so far from fastech has broken.
I have a few tickets open and am weeks down the line waiting for a re-fund.
Can anyone tell me if they have bought any sort of a 510 battery that has not broken and which one
