Do I have any chance of getting these do you think I'd say you have more chance of getting them than not. This side of Christmas ? Do you reckon. I have a ticket opened 2 weeks advising I didnt get and they told me not to worry they were on the way. |

I am waiting on 3 orders
7th October
12th October
6th November using swiss post option
The 1st 2 orders were not make using paypal they were gift certificates from previous returns so I dont have the same 45 day paypal fall back.
Wont be accepting gift certs again.
None have batteries ?

I thought that the whole idea was for tasting differant flavours.
I kinda thought it screwed directly into the battery.
So basically a drip tip no good to me

I am having ongoing issues with them.
I am awaiting 2 packages but cant find out what is in them as they said no batteries so I cancelled battery and asked for rest of stuff.
The battery is on the invoice and they have not credited me for same they cannot answer if the battery is in the package or not.

everytime you send a message the ticket gets pushed to the back of the queue. norm wait 3-4 days for replies here The only time I wait longer than 24 hours is at a weekend or now with them being closed. Whenever they do reply to me next I just know it still wont be resolved and will have to wait another 24 hours (at least) and it keeps going on and on. |
