The wick is used to collect the liquid present in the device and, its main function is to bring the liquid in contact with the coil. The liquid sometimes highly heated and thus the wick transfer more liquid from the tank. Ahh think you may have cracked it for me. Had loads more problems over the weekend with leaking. I was using a new twist and had votage up to the highest (which I always had with my old twist). This must be hotter than last as now that I have turned it down fingers crossed no more leaks. After opening to wicks and a new evod argggggg |

Thanks for all the input after 2 days of having this problem and trying everything and just there trying another new wick.
I decided feck it will try a new evod.
All working fine. 2 wicks must have been faulty.
I will let the vendor know am sure they will look after me

Looking at a wick should it have the plastic cap thingy and beneath it either side should you see bits of wick sticking out

Have tried another wick and its still happening

Been over 6 months vaping.
I was getting mouthfuls of hot e-liquid.
I recently changed the wick. I use an evod and have used them from close enough to the start.
Everything I am using are from my local vendor (genuine parts)
Does the evod itself have a lifespan ?
What is the most likely cause. I have filled it up again and its gurgling again when fired

Hi all in 12 hours I will be 6 months.
The second I started I knew it was going to be forever and couldn't wait to be able to say "I am 6 months off them"
or a year or 2 years. Just wanted the time to fly by as I knew I would never go back

Looking at the other 3 they look fine. I opened one and it is charging properly. I suppose its not worth send one battery back. What is the process will I be out money etc Raise a ticket, complain, post a pic showing the difference and hopefully they'll just give you a code to get money off your next order  Ok will look into doing that. Thanks everyone for your help. By the way there was a central pin but its seems to be faulty as it popped up on one side only and couldn't get it to charge peoperly |
