my hubby popped in today for me and he said it was a vapers heaven. just dissapointed he didn't get me a purple kanger mt3, ive had to have a stainless one instead  maybe next time. just hope he got me everything i texted him to get lol. |

When I made the first batch up it smelt and tasted of rhubarb and custard. This time there is a slight hint of smell but no flavour, yet I used the same amount as the first batch, this was why I was wondering if it was the nic base.

I had also bought some nic base from vapourtine and think that was what I used in the 2nd mix. I have some steeping that I made with lt's nic base so will see if its any different.
Will have to try and remember where I bought the French one and order another bottle and also order some more flavoring as have used nearly all of it trying to get the mix right!

Ok so decided to mix my own. I bought some 18mg 50/50 ready mixed nic base from here in France. I made up some rhubarb and custard and wrote down what I did. A week later tried it, omg! It tasted and smelt just like the sweets. It didn't last long as a friend nicked the rest of the bottle! I only made 10 ml!
So, I bought a DIY kit from lt e cigs and following my recipe made some more. A week later tried it, does not resemble rhubarb and custard in any way, shape or form!
So what I wanted to know was does the nic base have an effect on the flavour? If not does any body know where I could have gone wrong. I really want some more and so does my friend. Getting withdrawal symptoms!
I used 7 ml of the ready made nic base 2ml rhubarb (ccw) and 1 ml custard(ccw) followed that exactly but made up 18mg 50/50 using my kit
Any help greatly appreciated.

we are on red alert level 4! a french friend at work said since they bought in the alert system in 2001, this is the first time we have had a red alert. must admit this is the worst snow i have seen here since i moved over 5 years ago.
