Found an fb page for "vaping bar" Normanton and Wakefield but nothing on it. Try the vapour parlour hemsworth bigd. Ive noticed after doing a review on their juices the labels are The vaping bar & vaping juice but on closer inspection the registered addy is vapour parlour. Sorry for confusion, I will mention it to them when I next visit on Saturday.

Pardon me if I'm getting the wrong end of the stick, here's a review of some juices supplied by this particular shop in Normanton, West Yorkshire website due in a few weeks but find them on facebook www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100007235115330&fref=ts if you want to contact them £3 each or 3 for £8 - 10ml 30ml - £7 100ml - £18 Not the cheapest but the flavours are amazing, cloud is good too All PG60 VG40 that I've tried so far and 24mg Zombie Juice - Wow no idea what this tastes of but very refreshing yet soothing can't put my finger on the exact flavour but amazing. Witches Brew - A hint of cinnamon with undertones of liquorice NRG - The energising blast! Parma Violet - but not too sickly, very deep taste, soothing & relaxing Swedish Fish - Sherbert end tone with tooty frooty over tone Berry Nana - Nana end tone but general fruit Blue Ice - Cherry menthol but not with the tongue curling blast reminds me of Cherry Tunes cough sweets Black Jack - perfect just like the sweets no bitter kick Pear drops - not much taste for me, there but not quite

I will hunt down the fb page. Give some reviews of some of their juices. Will do bigd. They have a bar where you can try out their wares in the actual shops and comfy chairs and the juice is already steeped ready for when you get home. Trouble is you end up with a huge bag full of juice when you only went in for a weeks supply and the magical thing is they don't cause issue's for my new nautilus mini

How about giving us their name? Some of us might live local or do they have a web site? The vaping bar in Normanton or Hemsworth (West Yorkshire) don't have a website but you can find them on Facebook bigd. Just wanted them to join here as they have really nailed it with juice as far as I'm concerned.

I'm following this thread with interest as I'd love to know if this is an iStick 20w or 30w? If it's the 20w is the adapter stuck due to difference in metals ie steel to brass fitting = brass softer has heated up and then semi welded the adapter to unit? I know this does not help the OP (forgive me) but I'd love to learn more about this unit. One piece of advice OP remember righty tighty lefty loosie! Of course you may be aware of that but sometimes the obvious is not always apparent!

Reason I ask is I've found a shop not too far from where I live and tried explaining he needs to join this forum, he hadn't heard of it before They mainly do juice which is simply to die for, zombie juice especially! but they have started to dabble in retail of equipment. Albeit they are not as clued up on the equipment side. So thought they would find this place amazing. Sounds stupid but I can't even remember how how found this wonderful fluffy cloud

pippin the istick 30w is updated to the 20w its output voltage is now corrected and you won't have any problems with the 30w ive ran my nautilus mini on mine since the thing first hit the shops and never had issues except 1 dodgy coil that burnt but that was the coil at fault not the istick. I would definitely recommend the 30w Thanks for that info mattyjones1977 much appreciated. Ive had a bad run with setting up one of the 2 aspire mini nautilus kits we bought so was fancying the iStick as a back up. My battery simply does not last as long as OH despite them bought at same time so essential Ive got a spare battery that does not cause juice to spit and coils to fry after 1 day! I've got to make a decision quite soon as its annoying having to wait for battery to charge.

Hi pippin, don't want to rain on your parade but you might want to read my thread 'Burning wicks' in the tips and troubleshooting section. Just saying. becks Yes I saw your post and must say I did put the brakes on the buy button. There's just so many choices. I thought I'd solved my back up choice but having rumbled through a few more threads with attys getting jammed on the iStick too I'm now hanging. ???

Ye its got the positive part of the 510 on a spring so it always makes contact. Can tighten attys down as some attys have slightly different 510 lengths which can cause shorts on some devices if overtightened. Ah right thanks igual I'm learning something new everyday.

And the 510 on the 30w is sprung/adjustable as well. Biiiiiiig improvement over the 20w. Could you educate me on that igual? Do you mean the 510 connection has a spring pin?

Why smifee ? If you don't mind me asking. I was fancying the pink 20w but did notice a shiny silver 30w. is the 30w the newer model? The 30W has stainless steel 501 connector threads so they won't wear like the brass on the 20W. It fires down to a lower level than the 20W which means us lower wattage users won't suffer with overpower issues (burnt wicks). 30W it is then smifee as I don't want any problems with my coils Ive had more than my share of those

Just thought I would update on my shenanigans with my naughty Mini Nautilus. You can read some of the original information in these 2 links. allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/49856/aspire-premium-kit-pig-poke?allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/50396/alternative-aspire-mini-nautilus?After faffing for a couple of weeks I've found out some insight into my device. As you may be aware we had 2 of these kits one for myself and the OH along with spare tanks. My kit is definitely operating differently. OH's has not been any trouble at all and his original coil is still working. I on the other hand have been through 4 coils and another complete tank in the process of elimination. Ive worked out that there is some kind of difference in the batteries and mine although identical, certainly does not like any juice other than 60/40 on 1.8ohms at 3.8V. Anything other than this and it starts spitting and ejecting juice, another difference is my battery drains far quicker than the OH. So maybe I should have returned it when I first got it (I noticed some slight scuffs on delivery) as someone did suggest it could be the battery. Lesson learned, any slight scuffs and it gets returned pronto, although must say I'm disappointed in the vendor they wasn't any help right from the start. I suspect my battery had been returned before but as the kits are not sealed its easy for the vendor to swap batteries. Just wanted to thank all the fabulous people on this forum that took the time to help me out with all their wonderful suggestions on the 2 threads, I have learned so very much from other peoples experiences. I'm going to stick with the Nautilus tanks and buy another battery something like the I stick I think? But thanks once again everyone.

While I am all for you buying more kit , I'm surprised that you are having problems with the nautilus. I would check that everything is screwed together properly and fiddle with the airflow a bit. Airflow affects gurgling as much as it does the "feel" of the vape. Basically I wouldn't give up on them quite yet as you should be able to get a good vape out of them. The alternatives are many and varied, but it is worth understanding the kit you have already before buying too many other things as you may encounter the same problems simply because you don't yet understand how it all works fully. Gurgling means that too much juice is getting to the coil, this can be because your battery is underpowered, your airflow is too low or the juice is too thick or too thin. It can also mean that a seal somewhere isn't sealing properly. It can also mean that you are simply needing a new head, as they do get gunked up after a week or so. If you are cleaning the heads then it may well be that you are doing something wrong in that process as well, and I would certainly leave off cleaning coils in the first few weeks of vaping until you have got your head around a lot of other things. The kit you have SHOULD be fairly hassle free, if used correctly. Thanks for your help. Please don't look at this list as being crude just trying to answer some of your points. I have posted in the past couple of weeks about all the issues I have and I went through all the checks that people kindly offered. Just can't work out how the post the link in this thread DOh! Yes everything is screwed together properly (read lots on the tight but not too tight threads) Yes fiddled with the airflow and it seems to only work in a fashion on 3.8v and 3rd airhole (tried all combinations) I don't mind the gurgling so much as at least I know its firing, its the spitting thats putting me off. Battery has been one of the main suspects as OH does not spit as much as mine, upping to 4.3 simply makes it worse. 1st head lasted 1 day, 2nd head around 3 days or there abouts (nothing like the week I was expecting). Not sure how to clean heads although I have an ultrasonic cleaner now! Every time I refill, I mop coil, airflow, chimney, tip and everything else with cotton buds or slithers of kitchen roll (all except inside glass tank wall). Hence why I feel at a loss with this kit. Been vaping around 2 years first on cig-alikes then managed on ce5 clearomisers & ego-t batteries. They worked well, although we thought we were ready for the next step up, as the clearomiser set up was not as good as it once was and I wanted a tad more cloud. I need something I can take out the box, fill up and enjoy whilst I wrestle the mini nautilus into submission. It's a genuine kit too.
