Order placed, the mini Protanks look great  Thanks Jen, Aren't they cute, I''m looking forward to try some cinnamon e-liquids and cherry coke out now  Ive been vaping minty type eliquids for what seems like a decade now Yeah, the big Protanks just don't really cut it for me, am hoping these will be the perfect fit  Any clues on when they'll be ready to go? I'm all excited now!  |

Yes, well, they are all 3 of them made by the same Kangertech, and so the Protank MINI is effectively going to be a more or less evod sized tank but with pyrex like the full size Protank! It's a styling difference of course but I think that if they could have got pyrex into the evod shape then they would have probably gone there. I'm guessing it's simply the design which is preventing it. So, in this case you may well find you are about to be set up for life.  I know black chrome is possible, but not sure if they can do purple chrome though! You could be right! Dunno what it is about the Protank that prevents it from performing like an Evod, they use roughly the same atty heads (which are interchangeable in some cases). Something about the drip tip tube maybe? So yes, perhaps the MINI will be the perfect combo - I'll certainly be giving it a go when it arrives (especially if it is purple) |

Good question, and I'm not sure there's a clear answer. The way I see it is to use the example of MJ-smoking equipment. You can buy everything but the MJ itself (which is illegal I should probably point out to comply with forum rules!). You can walk into a shop and buy all kinds of glass equipment, hydroponics, papers, filters, vapourisers and so on, all perfectly legal. I don't know how then they could classify a battery or tank as a medicinal item requiring certification. I am fairly sure the legislation could only apply to juices or nic base, as it's mainly the nicotine these idiots seem to be bothered about, and they also seem to only be fixated on cigalikes and therefore cartridges. If anyone knows to the contrary, I'd be glad to know |

Yes, I have done some tests with my regular protank and what I found was that it can frequently vary by a surprising amount with which battery I use it with; I can get a fair and reasonable result on a standard 650mah eGo-t(ank) kit battery. I can get slightly better results by moving it to an eGo-twist 650mah where I can tweak and mess about with voltages, giving a few different effects at various settings. However the best and most consistent results are to be had by popping it on to the vamo. Like night and day really. Given the protank experience then the prospect of a mini version is very alluring, especially since having now had the evod experience! Hmm, perhaps when my Evic arrives it'll be better then! I've tried the same juice in both an Evod and a Protank on my Spinner(s) and the Evod just out-performs the Protank in every way. If they ever make a Pyrex Evod, I'll be set up for life |

Be careful with the Protank - although they're OK, the flavour is nowhere near as strong as with the Evod, and the draw is (to me) off-puttingly airy. I have to block up 2 of the 3 airholes with BluTack, and even then I'm not very happy with it. I use them for juices that can't go in polycarbonate, but otherwise I don't rate them much. The minis might be better though |

^^^ I hate to say it, but verey makes a good point...never EVER thought I'd consider voting tory or ukip, but in EU elections I think I may be swayed on this single issue I know I may get slated for this, but there is absolutely no way ever that I'd vote Tory or UKIP or similar. There's a whole host of other issues at play there, not just this single one. I couldn't in all good conscience bring myself to do it. I'd feel dirty for the rest of my life!  Chris Davies (LD MEP North West) just sent me an email encouraging me to write to everyone, he's on our side at least, so there are other options. Mind you, I can't bring myself to vote LD either after the current shower! |

She's very good at it. I'd never watch This Morning or KH, but I watched that on YouTube a few days ago just to see what the fuss was all about. I got one of THESE when I had lots of different bits & pieces - it wasn`t that expensive though... since then, everything is in bulk so it`s all in cupboards or drawers, small things are now in THESE and spare stuff in a couple of other large hinged leatherette boxes. It drives me mad all the stuff everywhere. Have you decorated those boxes? They look lovely |
