I've been searching high and low and I can't get a definitive for the capacity. I've so far seen 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.75, 2.0 and 2.4 ml (I kid you not!) Anyone know for sure? I'm simply trying to make sure I'm getting the real deal if I buy one. Thanks for any help you can offer. I'm trying to choose between this and the vapeonly mini BCC. I think they both tick a few boxes for me if not all - I like bottom coil, I like removable bottom, I like replaceable heads, I would like it to be "drip tip of your choice" friendly ideally. Hard to find one that has it all.

A genuine Evod holds about 1.6ml. You can get 1.7 in but it doesn't like it!!

Fasttech states they hold 1.5ml linkOr if u want a higher capacity clearo, try a Kanger T3, virtually the same as an Evod, but can hold 2.5ml+

I do vape VG juice, which tends to be thicker, maybe something like that is the difference, but both my evods and my iClear16s seem to like thicker juice (as did my CE4s, which are now ancient history )

Haven't tried the Vapeonly BCC . . . but as a recent convert to Evods having resisted them because of the Ego threading and my aversion to adapters, I am now hooked on them Ancient.

Have tried the Evod and the Vapeonly, and I prefer the Vapeonly. I found that my homemade 50/50 juice wicked perfectly on the Vapeonly, but I got a few dry hits on the Evod. I also found the Vapeonly to have a slight edge on flavour. Also, you can put your own driptip on the Vapeonly, which is a big plus for me, I really don't like the clear driptip on the Evod.......seeing all that condensation in there is a big turn off for me. Have just seen dragon's post saying that VG heavy juices worked well for him! Different people have different experiences......it really is difficult to give advice, sometimes. If you have the funds, why not try both and see what suits you best?

It tickles me how we can all use the same thing and get such differing experiences of them . . . my home brews, always VG heavy wick perfectly in the Evod. I seldom get any condensation and like the plastic drip tip. Wouldn't do for us to all like the same.

-cough- dragon uses VG heavy mixes in HER clearos I also only add 5% water, because that seems to work for me and my attys. Too much water causes dry hits and gurgles for me. Weird I know, but experience has shown me time and again to do it the way that works

Oops! Sorry dragon! Interesting point about adding 5% water. I always add 10%.......wonder if that is where I am going wrong? Will try reducing it to 5% and see if that will work for me too.

Oh, you lot are going to have me bankrupt! LOL You see I am going to have been stopped two weeks on Tuesday, and I had a couple of mishaps along the way, and that saw some very slightly panic based shopping. I had my first atty die (had not foreseen it being quite that early) then the two batteries I had first of all started behaving a bit oddly, and not the same as each other, which made it look worse than it was in truth. Since found out one charging cable out of the two is quite possibly a poor quality knock off, while the one that came with the kit is fine, but really no great shakes either! Anyway, I also bought an eG0 Twist, and that was a great purchase which allowed me to slightly soften a rather harsh first choice of e-liquid while also consolidating what had by then started to look like an iffy battery situation at the time. I also grabbed a ProTank out of interest as they rather grabbed me on first sight! I ordered some sampler juices while I was at it. Since then I got the samples, and some xl punched cartos due to a picker grabbing the wrong pack, enquired about how to stop juice falling out of unexpected hole in side, this lead to a purchase of a Smok DCT, which I like a lot, but have decided to take a little longer learning how to get the best out of it, but once I do then it'll very likely be my number two goto for a big tank! I also grabbed some VG to cut that juice back properly and much more to my liking. Added what seemed like bare bones of kit to make that cut too. Anyway, that all started to have things settle down a bit, but then the battery thing was starting to look wobbly again apart from the twist. I then find one morning that the 3 clearomizers I got on "special" were a bit too special, one was leaking due to cracks, another looked a bit suspect in the same way but less so, and on filling I found out was DOA anyway. The third is still sealed in it's clear wrapper, and through that I can see what look like a couple of small cracks. So it turns out they were far too "special" for my taste! I realised about then that if this gear fell apart any quicker I was going to be left with not a single viable device - I was determined not to roll and use a stinky, so after much but fast soul searching, I went for a Vamo, trying desperately to get away from what was fast looking like a flakey battery set up. Vamo arrived, charged in no time on the quite a bit better than basic battery charger I got to go with it. Now that with the ProTank on top of it has made the whole thing like a night and day experience! So to shorten an already too long story I am now back to having a little more control on the shinyitis aspect of things, and trying to decide on one of the two options I outlined in the first place. I now know I quite like kangertech, however the ability to add a drip tip of my personal choice to the vapeonly BCC means I am seriously thinking of going that route, and also allow myself to explore another maker's product in the short term too. I will come back for an evod as funds allow though as they look super as well. These items are to use on the eGo batteries I have for when I want something less heavy and more easily portable. The eGo system does have some appeal to me still, and I plan to get some pass through type cells which will allow me to get around and move away from the charger cable issues and all that stuff over time. It's been a roller coaster ride this last 12 days, but now I am starting to be able to relax into the whole thing very nicely! I could not have done it without all the helpful suggestions, views and opinions I have had from this great forum! Thank you all so much!

Personally for me I only use evods now. I find I get a better, less airy vape with them than the ce4's, pro tanks. And iclears.
