Is there a quick 'n dirty rule of thumb? I've got my hot little hands on some FW concentrates and want to whizz up a few samplers this evening. I have Caramel Candy and Orange Dream Bar, along with a few other non-standalones. What do you guys recommend? Am I OK with my usual 20%?

Heh, if you/they want any advice I'll be happy to pass on my experience! The handle is very important, I didn't use the pool noodle thing, and the ribbons and pins did slip a tiny bit as you can see in this pic (one of my faves - and it was just our 1st anniversary, so that's my excuse!):  |

Hi Jen, there is a big difference between Fasting and Starving, but if yours is working for you, then go for it. A lot of the diets I have tried in the past, work extremely well for other people. But, not for me. At least not in the long term. I know, I was referencing diets I've tried where I was left completely starvingly hungry! It's absolutely no good in the long term (or, for me, more than 5 minutes!). I think the key is making it something you can do over a long period of time, sustainable. So heck, whatever works, eh? |

I think the going rate for one o' them beauties is about £500+. It's time-consuming and fiddly, and sourcing the brooches actually quite difficult and expensive. Mine probably cost me about £200 all told (and I scoured all the charity shops), but I LOVE it, it looked awesome, it's more environmentally-friendly, everyone commented on it and I do indeed get to keep it forever Some DIY tutorials here and here though, if you or your niece want to make one Or you can pay me loadsamoney! |

Also love your bouquet too, Jen. I take it, you didn't toss that over your shoulder?  Um, no - we weighed it, it's just under 2 kilos!! It's now taking pride of place in my (purple) fireplace, so much better than real flowers and I had all my somethings in one My bridesmaid is getting married in a couple of years and wants me to make one for her now...I told her fine, but she'd have to source all the brooches and it'd count as her wedding present - I ain't doing all that again in a hurry! I had no skin left on my fingers by the end of it  |

I'm losing about 2lbs a week on the BHF diet. No fasting, no starving, just sensible eating. It's sustainable too. |

Does this mean, then, that the medicinal properties of herbs can be transferred to the body via vaping? I have to drink a lot of spearmint tea, would be interesting if the same effects could be produced via steeping in alchohol and vaping. I don't have a herbal vapouriser, but I do have shedloads of vodka Does Fasttech do a herbal vapouriser? |

I'll take photos of all my purple vape gear soon, although I have given most of it away! HOWEVER a lot of my clothes are purple, I live in my purple boots and my wedding colours in less than two weeks are purple and gold, so much so I have a purple bouquet and even purple on my dress / a purple custom made jacket, and lots more purple, so please may I join, I promise pretty purple pics of weddingy goodness Of course, Purple Posse membership is yours Ratfinkz My wedding was purple themed too!
