On average, I'd say I get through about 4-5ml a day. I was a 20 a day smoker of menthol. I'm currently vaping away on my strawberry apricot mix which costs me roughly £1/10ml to make. I replace the heads on my Evods roughly once a fortnight, they cost around £2 each. The Evod itself costs around £6, I like to have one per flavour.

Vaping isn't smoking, I think it's better. My wheezey smoker's cough disappeared practically overnight, I can breathe nice and deep. I can smell & taste better, and neither my house nor I stink of fags. The sheer enjoyment of doing what looks and feels like smoking but isn't likely to give me cancer and all the other evil diseases beats smoking into a cocked hat, to be honest. And once you get over having the whole range of different flavours, it tastes so much better too! But you do need a decent kit so I coudn't recommend disposables, they're pants

All the advice the docs have ever given me is that exercise is about fitness, to lose weight you need to address the food/calorific intake. You don't burn calories at anywhere near the rate you think you would when exercising, unfortunately. Although muscle does need calories to be maintained, hence bodybuilders eating all that protein etc, it's not really the best and fastest way to lose weight. I wouldn't worry too much about it Blownupdolly
