Thought there might be a prob with real liqueur, wonder what the best orange flavour is? the smell of Cointreau is a very clean/light orange so not too strong? that Eton fizz sounds promising though. I agree with the others, Cap Tangerine is a very 'true', clean flavour. It's not so great as a standalone (unless you're really, really into tangerines), but it does make a great mixer. I make a Bellini with 12% peach - lovely it is, not overly sweet and pretty close to the real thing. Bet it'd pretty much work with any fruit. Others may use less champagne, though, it is quite strong. DDL is essential, it's magic juice  |

Just ordered those Rom. Now looking for some round ones to go on the bottom of the circular glass bottles I will be painting. Don't want to stick labels over my artwork so want to put little round ones on the base. Having had a little experiment myself over the weekend, you can get some relief paste and just write it straight on the glass with that. Only works if you want to dedicate one bottle to one flavour in the long-term, but could look dead smart  |

You might want to stay away from adding liqueurs to juice, there's a whole bundle of sugar in them that would do your atties no good at all! Could try adding some vodka instead of DIW and some orange flavouring & stevia, pretty much what Cointreau is anyway 8% champagne 12% strawberry will make you Eton Fizz You may also want to pop that Gooseberry to this thread if you can't manage to do anything with it allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/23484/bad-flavour-bank |
