theres a shop in Leicester - smokers exit in cheapside near the market, bit pricy but handy if you are stuck.
another one is in alfreton thats pretty reasonable for e liquid and has a big range
and welcome by the way

It is concluded that, for the e-cigarettes tested, the effect of active and passive e-cigarette smoking on serum cotinine levels is similar to that generated by tobacco cigarette smoking. Moreover, neither a brief session of active e-cigarette smoking nor a 1 h passive e-cigarette smoking significantly interfere with normal lung function. In contrast, acute active and passive tobacco cigarette smoking significantly undermine lung function. Future research should target the health effects of long-term e-cigarette usage, including the effects of nicotine dosage. In addition, research and validation via independent organizations must be incorporated within the design and implementation of the e-cigarette technology in order to protect public health.
Boils down to vaping is better but they still want to control it and us |

riva is a good kit www.ukecigcabin.com/product/riva-1100-deluxe-kit-e-cig-titaniumor basically any ego kit will do to start advantage of a kit is you get 2 batteries and 2 clearos plus some liquid to get you going finding the right liquid for you is essential and i would suggest you but the small sample bottles until you find what you like. and it won't necessarily be a tobacco liquid. i smoked a pack a day for 45 years and gave up Jan 5th this year. Vaping worked for me straight away and have been cig free since then. some just cut down and vape and smoke. whatever works for you buddy. get rebuildable clearos you can just buy spare heads for less than £2 and it will save you lots

Been thinking of getting some bird feeders and/or tables for some time, love watching them. But... we've got so many grey squirrels around here, usually trip over a few each morning, and I don't want to be be providing them with breakfast!  look online foor squirrel proof bird feeders i have two and they are good - frustrates the squirrels no end |

yeh been to smokers exit most stuff too pricey lots cheaper on the internet
try vapescape or ukecigcabin its worth waiting a couple of days for delivery
smokers exit is fine for emergencies when you can.t wait
