The only issue you might find with the eVic is it only puts out 11 watts. If you're vaping at those kind of levels or higher, you'd want the Vamo - but not many people do! eVic won for me because of the upgradeable firmware - seeing the difference Joyetech has made to the device over the last two updates sold me on it. Not that there's TOO much more it could do, but there's always a chance they'll include multiple profiles and that sort of thing. Bluefish - the eVic battery is an 18650, so it'll work with other devices too provided you have a charger

I've not found the USB cover to be a problem at all.

Hi been looking at the evic for a while, can anyone with one tell me what they think of the head build quality, ie the fire buton and rotary switch etc. cheers Haven't got any complaints about the build quality, I even dropped it which disassembled my mini Nova and snapped my drip tip and the Evic was unmarked. I wouldn't advise doing your own drop test though ;-) I've even got to grips with the stupid usb cover ;-) Aye, no complaints. It's far from perfect but the fire button feels good to me. The whole thing is 'OK' at £100, at £50 it becomes 'very decent'. Chuck £30 at the replacement tubes from Vapor Y Vida and it becomes a really nice £80/90 mod, I reckon

2600mah in the MVP I think. eVic is 2200 standard, Vamo is, um, whatever you buy for it

Good luck mistaking my current go-to setup (eVic and AGA-T) for a real cigarette When I first tried vaping, it was the cigalikes that drew me in. They were pretty crap back then, mind you - not sure they're much better now, but they must have improved a bit? Wouldn't be scuttered with all that constant charging and refilling now though

I had a cig the other day at pub and it still tasted nice to me. I'm not anti-smoking. I just vape because it's a healthier alternative. Mrs Beardo still smokes analogues, although she's slowly trying the eGo/clearo out more often. I still like a cig from time to time, it's no big deal really to me - I vape for the health and financial benefits mainly

6-8 weeks is a number I've seen bandied around as about the worst for cravings, so you're about there. Resist!

Good question, that. I wonder if it regulates the power better in watts mode?

Not even ordered from them yet, but Vapor Y Vida are already showing me very good customer service. Definitely putting in an order for the carbon tubes when I get paid

Always play with your new devices before worrying - each one has its different qualities

Seems some toe rag had it away with your Vamo beardo. Looks like they sent it to completely the wrong address
