I do feel for the vendors though. RM want shooting with shite tbh. proper disgrace. i hope some courier company comes up with a pricing structure that takes all the small post business. I'd be amazed if one of them doesn't do it. They'd make a fortune as everyone would use them rather than RM. Amen to that

I think most people would appreciate an option, be it couriers, 1st or 2nd postage RM...at the correct price, rather than be saddled with an average inflated charge for small items. RM is to blame mostly for sure, but if I'm ordering say a 10ml juice, and the postage is a fiver, I'm not going to bother. whereas, if i had the option of a fairer postage rate, i'd order. ultimately, if vendors don't get cute on their postage charges, it's going to affect their business. Same as the ebay sellers. Who do seem to be finding ways to combat this. That's were the website software can be a bit limiting Buck, but we are working on that (Ebay is a lot easier to sell on than a business site).

Just as an aside....if nobody receives their orders next week, it's because I can't keep my mouth shut ???

One of the problems is that unless you go fully tracked, compensation is zero for business's.
We've had a spate of smashed bottles recently that we have to right-off and refund or re-send.
The cost has got to be absorbed somewhere - but RM seem to get away with it, time after time.
Why do people hold RM in such high regard? In any other business they would be held accountable, but they seem untouchable.

That's a good option Buck, but try explaining to customers who want their goods yesterday, why they are now taking 2-3 days longer than normal. All these threads and discussions are good to see, but at the root of it all are Royal Mail, with their poor service and constant price increases. It's a pity they can't be Twitter bombed I asked our account manager this week about all the packages that have disappeared into thin air (signed for) and she said that we would be better going to a fully tracked service so that they can pinpoint any problems and compensate us - the cost - £4.40 per parcel.

It's a balancing act with P&P from a vendors point of view.
Some customers lose out and some gain, but a lot of website software doesn't allow the intricacies that we would like to manipulate the postage charges.
I can only speak for us, but the weekly subsidy is large and not something that can be sustained in the long term.
It's also a bit of a psychological one isn't it? If we added X% to the prices, but then did free postage - the customer would still be paying the postage.

Replacement heads will be here in a week or so Andy.
But, they are the same as the EVOD heads - just with a slightly longer metal tube, so some will just use those and re-use the tube from the Protank.
The kits come with 2 heads to get you going.

Hi ve3 The lower the ohms = the stronger the throat hit = the quicker the battery will drain. Most people go for the 2.4 (Standard), unless you particularly want the extra hit. You can use any of the 'Ego' fitting clearomisers on the Riva batteries, so can choose from the Vision V2, Vision V3 Rebuildables, Kanger T3, Kanger Evod, Innokin CE5 etc. If you need any information, just give us a ring or email.

He said you could make suggestions Blakey, I doubt he will listen to them though What he actually meant was that he listens to his VALUED customers and that I could feel free to make suggestions too And I'm trapped with my cocomel addiction Thank God for that, I thought for a minute that had gone completely over your head
