Hi VE Jason, sorry to see you go and good luck in the future... and sorry to hijack the goodbye thread but please can you help... I recommended vape escape to a work friend in August who purchased 2x evod blister packs as a starter kit. She's done really well 8 weeks.... and now one battery has died. I advised her to email you and she has received a reply from a David stating batteries 'only have a certain number of charge cycles, they should be replaced every couple of months... I'm afraid we cant replace the battery.' Sorry but evods last around 300 charge cycles - I have a couple that are still going after 2 years and certainly longer than 2 months! I'm aware that you probably can't replace the battery but please can you sort this out. I recommended you as a good supplier and to be honest the response she has received has been really poor. Your friend would need to return the battery with a note of their details and it can then be checked and a refund for the battery can be arranged if its a manufacturers defect C&CI've taken a look at the emails and David did go through the troubleshooting first, which is the usual procedure.

The regular Nautilus coils are perfect in the Kabuki, Greg - it honestly doesn't matter whether they are the small hole or large hole version - I've tried both. The only unusual thing is that you do screw them in as tightly as possible (we used to spend most of our time teaching people not to screw coil heads in too tightly) because that's how it's machined. It really is a different quality to the regular (Nautilus, Subtank) tanks - you'll know what I mean once you've tried one.

Funnily enough - I've never liked white in any Mod, so should be able to resist that I just know that once I've got them and stuck a Kabuki on each - I'll only have liquid to concern myself about for a long time (partly because I did keep aside a couple of large boxes of Nautilus coils before we closed ) Keep it simple

The 'Copycat', 'Unauthorised' lists etc are absolutely worthless. The fact is that most UK Vendors no longer buy directly from the manufacturers because the wait is too long. They sell to China customers first (resellers), so you find yourself a good and reliable contact over there and buy from them - the result is a turnaround of less than 7 days for the exact same product that you would wait 6-8 weeks from the manufacturer. Of course there are dodgy resellers that promise the authentic product, knowing full well it isn't - but, that's up to you, as a business, to sort out and establish before you put them up for sale as genuine. We had a good relationship with Aspire, but they were just too slow, so we used a middleman and had the latest products in a fraction of the time - 100% genuine guaranteed (and as it happened, cheaper than we could get them from Aspire). So, don't read too much into the 'fake' lists

Not sure to be honest because I only MTL. But, when I first set one up I do have to screw the adjuster in a long way to get it to suit me. The good thing is that once you've set it up, it doesn't matter how many times you change the coil or refill - the airflow remains 100% the same.

Do you have a Kabuki Greg ? If not, I can't recommend them highly enough and have used nothing else for the past few months. Take the Nautilus coils but they've been maximised by Zen for flavour, so you wouldn't believe they were Nautilus coils at all. Also, takes advantage of the P3 thread to keep the size down a bit more.

...the way I feel about aforementioned dog - I'd probably stoke him in a furnace quite happily he's taken to casual leg cocking wherever he pleases and i'm getting fed up of him doing it of late. Think its 'cos my blokes a bit lazy about sending him out before bedtime --- maybe I should 'stoke' him too? Do you want some Capella Apricot to put in his water
