Hello and  Becca The only other thing I can think of is to check the bottom of the nova. Look at the screw thread outer ring. You will see a centre post this can screw out a bit, it needs to be just sticking out a little so that it can make contact with the battery centre post. If they are connecting with the battery and replacing the head isn't fixing the issue then they are DOA. Have you tried the dead ones on a different battery set up to see if its a connection issue? yes, I've tried them on different batteries. I'll email the seller again  Not holding hope though I had one reply from them asking a question , I replied and got no response so messaged them again because I suppose one could have got lost  I waited over the weekend but heard nothing from them. I guess I could use the heads for spares. that's if they work thanks everyone for your help so far I am sorry about asking lots of questions but do you think paypal would refund the money because of this ? hi everyone, thank you for all the welcome messages replies to my vivi problem. I thought I'd log back on today and see if any other posts had been made. there's so many I don't know where to begin.  No change to the novas unfortunately, I use a nova tank already, no problems with it ever. tried the iffy novas on other batteries nothing. I won't mention the trader as my order was delivered towards end of week and they could be busy. I'll give them a week but grr at them, they replied once, asked me question then nothing. From what has been said here I think it's probably best I'll give up trying to fix the novas for now. thanks everyone, lovely welcome. |

Hi,
Ok thanks. We dismantled them,rebuilt and tried new heads but no vapour.
I've been using one of the Vivi Nova tanks since buying the battery box and I've used the clearomisers types with the mod too.
The two Novas just don't want work and I don't know why.

hi everyone,
Two nice new ViVi Nova's arrived in the post. Bought as a present from a friend. Alas they are not working. Both brand new. Disappointingly no vape comes out when I try. I contacted the vendor and they asked if they are connecting properly and they are so I changed the heads on them but no vapour.
The vendor hasn't replied in two days since asking for refund soo I hoped someone here may be able to help.
