vivi novas not working

hi everyone,

Two nice new ViVi Nova's arrived in the post.  Bought as a present from a friend. Alas they are not working. Both brand new. Disappointingly no vape comes out when I try. I contacted the vendor and they asked if they are connecting properly and they are so I changed the heads on them but no vapour.
The vendor hasn't replied in two days since asking for refund soo I hoped someone here may be able to help.

What are you connecting them to?

I'm connecting to a box mod type with 510 fittings ,

That shouldn't be a problem. Have you used Novas before? I find sometimes the heads come lose and need retightening to work properly. Have you double checked a different delivery system is working on your box mod so you can rule that out?

Ok thanks. We dismantled them,rebuilt and tried new heads but no vapour.
I've been using one of the Vivi Nova tanks since buying the battery box and I've used the clearomisers types with the mod too.
The two Novas just don't want work and I don't know why.

Have you got anything else to try the Nova's on Becca?

Just to rule out all possibilities . . . it could be that there's no airflow, if you have a 510 to 510 adapter, that would also be worth trying.

can't be much wrong with them there's nothing to them, they must have a short, or there is a break in the conection, so its either the heads are not on tight or there's a short in the coils, or its the device your using.or perhaps they are the wrong heads.

If they where the cheap ones the screw in bit (on the battery ) is a little shorter

I bought some cheap ones which are carp it wasn't one of our trusted vendors, can't even use the heads as they are different to my other vivi heads
Where did you get them from ?

Hello and welcome becca. I use the novas from vapeescape and have never had an issue with these great imo. I purchased one from a local vendor and found these to be completly diffrent, airy draw, diffrent heads and all in all just generally disapointed.

Has anyone bought Novas from ecignet? They appear genuine enough but with the 20% forum discount and free postage over £20 they work out cheaper from here than anywhere else????
