OH uses these on an Ego type battery. I have tried to tempt her with other setups, but she is perfectly happy with these and they just work for her. Evod heads, so I recoil and wick for her. Cheap and cheerful, but as you say, they just work.

Sorry, first forum I've ever joined and posted on and I'm 56. Sorry for breaking any etiquette rules. I joined in the hope of selling some bits and pieces primarily a GP paps X v1. Sorry for causing any offence. No offence, I am friendly (really) Welcome.

Ahh VapingBad It was that stray 'and' that confused me (made me read it all wrong) Makes total sense now. I think I may have a solution. Am going to have a play, if it works, I'll post it (probably tomorrow though)

It's diameter of the coil rather than the diameter of the wire that is the main problem, although thinner wire is harder to do. If you line up the heads with the rods in then pulled out to the coiling diameter you can see the gap between the screw and the rod gets bigger and the coil diameter get smaller when it should stay the same. I must be missing something here ??? Surely the coil diameter can't be smaller the the diameter of the rod?? I am obviously being thick here (not unusual)

Well, I must be odd then, because the coil master is working fine for me (sorry) I have backed the screw out of the 'spinney bit' a little so the wire sits between the screw head and the top, take it slowly, keeping an eye on it, back it off a bit if it seems not to be laying it correctly and it works well. Don't put pressure toward the main body. I have used .2 .25 and .3mm wires and tried all post sizes. Had some problems with twisted wire, but that was my fault as I had not twisted the wire enough. It's the thinner sizes that are the problem, 2.5 mm + are OK. Luckily I don't use anything smaller then .25 these days. I had loads of .16 and .2 left over from early coiling days, so have been playing with twisting this. I had a new Bosch cordless drill/screwdriver for Xmas, it certainly helps

sleedale Try getting it right with the .3 (or bigger if you have it) I practised with this size on the 3mm post as a. I could see what was happening b. you get more resistance/feel with bigger wire. You only need 1 piece, if you pull the wire back through the hole, it undoes the coil (sometimes )and you can mess around again. Like a lot of vaping stuff a bit of practice and messing pays off in the end. Wire is cheap!!

Hi I would like to buy the egrip atomiser replacement heads. Please let me know total cost including p&p and how you require payment. Thanks Call me old fashioned, but it might be nice to introduce yourself to the forum, instead of diving straight in to the classifieds.

Arrived today, dinky little thing. Had a good play, little bit of a knack with not putting pressure on the 'spinney bit'. Coils coming out very nicely indeed.

You've gotta love this statement on the site: Attention: As it's 20 W high vapor battery, you'd better to try some high resistance atomizer(maybe 3-5 ohm, even more). If not,it will make the oil smell burnt.

Anyone received theirs yet from puff place, I preodered mine a while ago now and the payment came off paypal a couple of days later - site says should ship this week, which is what it said last week! They have posted on their FB page that they have sent out nearly all back orders today, some to go out tomorrow I think, so the pre ordered coil masters are on the way Hmm I am down to get notifications from them, but didn't get one on this. Go to their FB page and it's there OK. Bloody FB, more trouble than it's worth
