Well I won my dispute with Venedeal (not hard as they didn't responf to me OR AE) and my refund is forthcoming, I have complained to AE that their 'special' day was ruined by one of their vendors, they are running an investigation but I wont get to hear the outcome, I also tried the sympathy vote "I was SO looking forward to my DNA30" but it fell on deaf ears, my final word was to let them know that I wont be dealing with AE again, all my business will stay with Focal Same here Q I am going to file a complaint with AE as well. Also going to leave stinking feedback for the so called vendor. Who did you actually complain to at AE? I will never deal with any AE vendor again, this has soured the whole thing for me.

I get the feeling (from my chat) that there are quite a few of us in the same boat, I very much doubt if we'll ever see our mods but at least our money is safe Shame isn't it. It's good that the money is safe, but the principle of offering a deal, accepting payment and (possibly) making out the goods are shipped is shameful. I am of course, perfectly ready to eat humble pie etc IF the goods ever arrive.

I followed this up by opening a dispute but stating that I'm NOT looking for a refund, I want my goods. I would suggest that anyone else still waiting for tracking info follows the same course Have just done the same Q Be interesting to see if the vendor actually responds to this.

I bought a Jehova's Witness advent calendar. You open a door and it tells you to **** off.

From Kloud Roger £15ish each Cheers robby Find myself wishing I'd gone for those now instead of that ****pot Venadeal. Be OK if they would just reply to queries and not leave you in the dark.

Just a quick one on the trapping of the legs, make sure the legs come off the bottom of the coil and not the top. Being left handed, when I first started making coils, I was automatically winding the coils away from me (anticlockwise) instead of towards me (clockwise). That was making the legs come from the top of the coil. A silly little thing to do, but was baffling me for a while ???

Yes, important to know that receiving a tracking number means very little, it just seems to mean that they have got a tracking number from the logistics company and stuck that number ........................... somewhere lol. The package hasn`t actually moved anywhere yet ...................................... if there is a package made yet. I never thought I'd say this, but when you are used to dealing with other Far East companies like FT or Focal, you get used to a decent(ish) standard of Cs and just get a little impatient when you get no communication back to your queries.

Bad days happen I went to change the wick on a Kayfun earlier, unscrewed the base and wondered why I had a wet hand! Not concentrating, I had only picked up a full KF, not the one I wanted to work on.

Same here, I keep messaging them, not that I expect an answer but it's all there on the order details if it comes to a dispute I messaged them when nothing seemed to be happening Q, no reply, but the status changed to 'Shipped' (yea right) about an hour later. As you say, all the details are there. Suck it and see I think.

I've got one of those Soshine chargers, as well as a WP2II and a Nitecore I4. The I4 is my favourite charger as it will do all types of batteries without having to use spacers. The WP2II is also good and I always charge at 500ma as I have always preferred a slower charge as mentioned above. The Soshine is OK, but charges at 1amp, no choice. The batteries get very warm compared to the WP2 and i4. I keep it as an emergency backup charger, the battery temp is a bit worrying at times I personally would go for a WP2II or an I4.
