My hubby has picked up my old cig e like and cut down on the rollies.... He now wants an ego like mine .... I think if you lead by example half the battle is won and I've only been doing it 11 days so I'm hopeful he too will quit the stinkies for good pretty soon

My friend who started with Vaping the same time as me bought some e-liquid this week after swapping to an ego instead of cig-e-like..... I saw her yesterday and said oh I see it's arrived how are you getting on, she said it tastes disgusting try it ........ Lol I nearly gagged it was like sucking through a old damp sock.... Musty and mouldy
I asked what flavour it was and apparently it's b&h flavour ..... It made me very grateful for my cherry flavour.... Lol

Thanks zeldamum, I don't feel like quite such a freak now, I was fine on the 24mg so probably lowered the dose too soon by the sounds of it ... Thanks for the reassurance .... Ewol, no I don't get anxiety generally ... But on my last cartridge and e juice not arriving did get me a little flustered lol ... All sorted now, I do think it's something to do with craving so I will get through it ... Good on you zeldamum for giving up again and the taste in mouth, yes sort of metallic, reminds me of being pregnant again lol

My kids look at me like I am mad when I call them by their proper names lol.... The mouth watering is just simply that but constantly and needing to swallow ... I don't feel sick though thankfully

It's the same when I quit using nrt .... I didn't get it with the cig-e-like .... Hopefully it too shall pass I am not tempted to ever pick up a roll up again, maybe I just need to vape more then |

1 week today off the stinkies and 1st day off the cig-e-like and using an ego t ..... I dropped the nicotine to 18ml in a vanilla flavour..... I have noticed the watering mouth has come back my question is in your opinions is this due to dropping the nicotine level and will it get better or should I up the nicotine with the next juice
