Hi Gilly, if you do stock up,your liquid should be in a cool dark place,Amber glass bottles filled to the top as far as possible is best. It'll keep anything between 18 months - 2 years, possibly more but no-one knows for sure.Atties i stocked based on 1 lasting 2 weeks and look to buying something that takes 3.7v 'chinese' batteries if you haven't got one.Icon,GG,Nicstick,Screwdriver etc.
Just keep an eye on the news.

Copied from ECF ECITA warns electronic cigarette industry of looming patent infringement threat. We are sending the following alert to our industry colleagues: 8th October 2010 To whom it may concern: ECITA, the Electronic Cigarette Industry Trade Association, has been approached this week by a law firm, Davis-Law Associates in conjunction with IPB Brand Ltd concerning the patent rights for electronic cigarettes. They telephoned our offices and copied us in to a letter they have sent to a UK electronic cigarette retailer. In the letter, Davis-Law claim that one of their partners, John Law is in partnership with IPB Brand Ltd, and that they have just signed an exclusive distribution deal with SBT Ruyan Technology and Development Co Limited to distribute electronic cigarettes. They claim that Ruyan own the patents for all electronic cigarette products, and that therefore, they are the only ones who should be allowed to sell these products throughout Europe. They have told us that it is their intention to enforce these patents against every ecig vendor and importer throughout the EU and Norway. At ECITA, we are focussed on the EU Public Consultation, and will be meeting with our colleagues in France and Belgium in the coming weeks to ensure that this situation is addressed correctly, as we did with the MHRA recently. We are also pursuing our contacts at the UN level in the World Health Organisation to ensure that electronic cigarettes are classified and regulated correctly and appropriately around the world. We believe that by uniting to form ECITA, we are better able to demonstrate that we are a force to be reckoned with, and can make considerable political progress in the current climate. We are dealing with this patents issue on behalf of our members, but wanted to raise it with the wider industry in case anyone receives a letter from these firms in the coming weeks. They are engaging in a very aggressive marketing campaign, and we would urge anyone who is approached by these firms to seek advice from their lawyers, or via ECITA. If anyone is interested in finding out more about ECITA, our website is at Welcome to ECITA, the Electronic Cigarette Industry Trade Association. The redacted letter is linked from our website if anyone wants to read it. www.ecita.org.uk/

Hey Hissie, yep i go through that quite a bit.I have to give myself a good talking too and remember why i started vaping in the first place. I also move onto flavourless E-liquid for a couple of days.(i couldnt taste cigarettes at all and that reminds me how crap they were). Then when i first put flavour back i get the WOW factor all over again......it works for me :-)

Too late Kenny,i saw your other post(now gone), i was going to say the Tornado's so good you said it twice So looking at what Prof said(thanks Prof) it should still eventually work out better moneywise 'long term' to buy a mod type. I'm not dissing the Tornado it looks great, but they weren't about when some of us started vaping.I go through two batteries a day Buckowski, its good to hear someones been using them since March Scylla, plug and play has always been the better option for you

I just surprised myself by seeing how much i've spent on batteries over 16/17 months.I bought a mod hoping to make a saving on buying E-Cig type batteries and i've spent a whopping £21.50 So the mod cost £100 I think over-all its working out cheaper but how long do the ego etc type batts lasting.Anyone got figure to compaire?

Just thought of something.Actually the MHRA outcome could still matter. The EU can leave certain countries rules alone and not over rule them eg Sweden and Snus. I'm sure ECITA will be on the ball.Lets see what the MHRA says first.

Well it says on the last link:-
The product is now on sale in stores and the entrepreneurial duo have signed up Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock, the ex-Liverpool defender for the official launch of the product in the Crewe Tesco store in Vernon Way on Thursday, September 30, at 9.30am.
They aren't illegal or anything so i guess they're going with it.Maybe they signed the contract before the EU consultation appeared.

Perpy, i saw it yesterday, she was just brilliant ! There's a fuller version here:-
Love how they say theres none of the bad stuff. We need more to come forward like this.
Someone on ECF saw it all and saw Letterman pick a different one up just as they were going to cut for a break so he might use one too!

Yeh thats what i did,i like being stocked 'just in case'.My intake yo-yo's a bit so i have about 800ml in which will make me 1600ml or there abouts. But if the shite does hit the fan then expect a few sales. So i wouldn't stock-up unless its cheap.
I'd like the harware to stick around...not everyone uses nic and some people might just get away with gum/patch and no-nic ecigs. The hardest bit is getting off the smokes.

That being the case there will be some very busy customs officials sorting through the hundreds of thousands of small packages arriving from China - perhaps they're training Spaniels as we speak! Outrageous but that's what we've come to expect from the EU. Fox That isn't too far from the truth....they already have sniffer dogs for tobacco. Foxy,to me that says that E-Cigs are going to be tobacco products. So the outcome of the MHRA doesnt really matter now does it. Its crap all of it.They'll regulate as Tobacco then they'll ban it.....just like they want to do with everything except cigs cause they can't ban those.I'm annoyed > Hissie,Stock up on unflavoured, higher nic liquid....thats all you can do. If there's an outright ban....i'll be buying a pack and a lighter and looking to the blackmarket.

I think its rather scarey that they've picked the smokeless tobacco out and given 'ban' as an option. Also Specific safety and quality requirements would be developed for ENDS.Fair enough if they're fair.
