Yeh maybe too difficult to police, and orginise a flat 1%, but maybe a suggested donation. I know it's not much, 35p for a £35 item, but it's better than what your getting now  but again it's down to the forum, but as @marks said, if the EU do ban it, there won't be a need for a forum... Just a though. |

What sort of funds do you need to take the next step? I'm not very good at thinking of fundraising, and vapefest is a long way away, but I presume there will be collection buckets there, as long as the EU havnt banned them by then lol. The other option, but it's down to the forums, a 1% selling fee to be donated to ECCA in the classified sections. That way your avoiding vendors but getting a good revenue stream to. But again I don't know if the forum owners would buy into that. I'm just brainstorming here, and hopefully spark something else from someone |

I'm not sure where ECCA's boundaries are in terms of numbers/funding/vendors.
I understand ECCA want to steer clear of vendors backing or vice versa, so not to be seen as part of the industry.
As someone posted, are there enough members to be able to email most national press and The Metro, maybe even The Big Issue may want to cover vaping. I'm not sure if this is a viable option or not?
As far as funding, I think ECITA went to Brussels for the hearings, now was that just industry based? Or could ECCA have gone too? I'm not sure currently how much fire power ECCA have or what is needed to increase that fire power.
It's not just what ECCA can do for us, but I don't know what we can do for ECCA. What skill sets are they looking for, or what type of members?
I hope this is helpful, if it's already been covered elsewhere post a link and I will have a look.

matt1988 if you like menthol, you can mentholate any dodgy mixes to be vapable  No I'm not a fan of menthol. I don't like the cold on the back of my throat, and I don't get any throat hit from them. (Same with the stinkies) Cool word btw, I make up loads of words for the children lol. |

oxo it's now 30ml lol. I did 2x5ml one with ethyl Maltol and one without. I added 10ml to both of these. But if it doesn't work, I will add a further 10mls making it 25ml with 5 drops (which should be spot on). If its not then it must be the concentrate I don't like! Annoying. I will then have a look at that hangsen concentrate someone posted earlier in the thread, pricey but still cheaper than pre-mixed.

Thanks oxo and yeh, I over did it lol. I put like 5 of those eardrop sized droppers drops in there! Oops haha. But I did water it down to 1.6% based on drops, but that could I suppose easily be 3%. I will let it steep, if it's still the same I will add another 10ml to it, with will bring it down to 2%. If that fails to work, start again lol. I've got a 1ml syringe so 0.05 ml I could do family easily as the increments are spaced far apart (and it's very thin). |

They are meant to be spearmint. But it tastes like well, I'm not even sure, I can get a vague mint flavour in an aftertaste somewhere. Maybe I just mixed it all wrong?

I havnt let it steep, I was told mint flavours you don't need to. I will leave it to steep for a few days and see if it improves.
I did it at 5% although LT says 1% lol (I like mint) it's now at 1.67% (roughly) as I added a further 10ml onto 5ml.

Update: just watered it down with another 10ml of base, still the same not nice flavour, just not as strong. I am now going to empty this clearo (again) and put in my other mix, and hope that one is better!

Ok, first mix has gone poorly. It doesn't taste of mint, just yuckyness. I'm not sure if its the ethyl or the spearmint or quantities. I still have to try the other one (I made up 2x5ml one with ethyl and one without(not sure which one I have tried lol). It's vapeable but nothing like the hangsen spearmint To add insult to injury I think I have broken my 306 atty. |
