I'm just a simple bloke but, as I see it, all ecigs (however exotic or simple) are simply devices for dispensing eliquid in vapour form. If eliquid is a 'medicine' than what exactly is it supposed to cure? If I was an eliquid supplier then what sort of clinical trial would I be required to sponsor to demonstrate that my product was an effective medicine? I understand that the MHRA are funded by pharmaceutical companies - isn't that a bit like the Mafia funding the FBI? If they insist that ecigs have no more than 4mg nicotine content will they ban all tobacco cigarettes that yield more than 4mg? That should clear some space on the shelves at the local supermarket! Surely there must be fair competition in the marketplace - or are tobacco companies to be given a legal monopoly on high-yield nicotine products by banning ecigs with similar performance? How is that legal in a free market economy? Frankly I think our 'leaders' are (as usual) completely out of their depths. I seriously doubt that any of this can work in the real world.... if I'm wrong then I can still remember (just) how to build a barricade

I'm now regularly seeing vapers around the Oxford area. My wife and I had lunch at a local cafe last Saturday and I saw 3 vapers walking across the courtyard whilst we were eating. Word is definitely spreading!

Just gave my chorizo to the dog - she seemed to be laughing to herself as she devoured it....

If your budget can stretch to it then I would recommend the RSST (Smok). Apparently it is a ripoff of a much more pricey atty (the AC9). I finally got round to setting mine up today, and, apart from the Kayfun (which I find exceptional in the flavour department), it is the best vape I've had since starting vaping a few months ago. I have been using an Aga T+ for a few weeks. I found it excellent (though a bit fiddly to set up). The RSST is much easier - insulated wick hole, room for a larger wick, and no possibility of the bottom end of the wick shorting out on the centre post or tank bottom. I was a bit suspicious of the spring-and-washer centre pin connection, but it turns out it's a breeze. I set up with a minimally-oxidised wick (which I probably wouldn't dare to do in the Aga) and the juice taste is amazing - plus no darkening of the juice in the tank.
I'm no expert, but this atty is a belter IMHO! It's dead easy to set up too - if I can do it anybody can....

My workmates christened my usual device 'The Sonic Screwdriver' so I generally call it Sonic... My wife decided my Provari was to be called 'Black Rod'....

But, being French, they will surely ignore the law and continue to vape in public anyway.... if they are caught they can plead that it was a crime of passion

Fantastic guy to deal with! Item exactly as described, superbly packed, and very promptly posted. Taz also gave me some valuable tips with his experience of using the product. Strongly recommended!

I can't wait until Provari bring out a VW device. I'll then pick up all the poor unwanted VV Provaris from the classies at a knock down price and give them a good home Me tooo.....

I think it's very much a case of personal taste. I use a number of different atties - genesis style, silica wick, and cartomizers as well. I simply find that these different delivery systems need different settings (sometimes just changing the juice requires a different setting) so I am regularly changing the output of my mod. If you only have VV then you change the voltage. If you have VV/VW then you can change either volts or watts. For me personally I'm going to change settings regularly in any event, because (for me) it's a complete myth that 'one setting suits everything'. I have, for example 2 Vivi Novas with different juices in them, and I use different settings for each. So far I have found that I prefer sweet juices at lower power settings, and tobacco juices at higher power. Maybe that's just me....
I am very fortunate in that I got my Provari as a gift. Probably I would not have bought it because my perception was that it did not have 'enough features' to justify the high price (it only does variable voltage, no variable watts). However it gives me a better vape than either my Lavatube or my Zmax and that's a fact. I could certainly live with the Zmax, but the Provari frankly eclipses both.

Well I'm currently verrrry happy with this: Which is the Sigelei Zmax telescopic with a Kayfun 3.1ES atty. The Zmax is very good IMHO and the Kayfun is giving me the bestest flavour I have had since I started vaping (well direct dripping is good too!). However, good though that combination is, I had an unexpected and fabulous present from my better half to celebrate 3 months of non-smoking - the wonderful darling lady bought me a Provari! They're rather good..... So if you're budget is unlimited
