Don't buy these - www.fasttech.com/products/1353105I got them as cheap spares, but four out of the five are faulty. Two of them are just inert; two of them got very hot, and one of them smoked and sparked. Didn't want any of them in the house. so disposed of all of them at the tip. Bah.

I feel your angst, fiddles . I cannot see the air-holes in my new adjustable air-hole Phoenix. Ergo, adjusting it is a hit-and-miss affair and it takes a good deal of time before I can coax the merest waft out of it. Our bodies are failing, my friend. Dementia, smelling of wee and voting for UKIP cannot be far behind. All will not be well. Things fall apart, the centre cannot hold. We are passing through nature to eternity. The cold grave beckons. Still, mustn't grumble, eh?

Blimey. Looks like the stock cupboard at RoboDix Inc. Do you think this might be some sort of psychological over-compensation, robby ? Have you, in fact, room to spare in the trouser department?

When I order from FT or any other vendor in Asia I expect it to take a month, anything else is a bonus. This. Order, expect to wait a month and forget about it, then when it turns up well before a month, be pleasantly surprised. I don't really understand the obsession with checking the tracking every day. Things turn up or they don't. If an order hasn't arrived after a month, that's the time to get uppity.

O bolleaux, I seem to have accidentally made another order. Oops. Never before have I encountered a vendor where it is so easy to inadvertently purchase stuff.
My Evods arrived this morning. Alles in ordnung. I also seem to have bought 50mls of SCO Kent tobacco liquid, which, while it is a bit grim and bleurghworthy, was not much dearer than the 50ml plastic bottle in which it came. I think it was about tuppence and three farthings.

Winston is a pretty sweet tobacco.
I like Falcon's Eye mixed with Nangka too.
Nosferatu has been a revelation to me. Just a couple of drops mixed with lime or lemon or anything really, delivers a throat-hit and tingly nostrils on the exhale. A 10ml bottle will last for ages, so v.v. economical. Might not be everyone's cup of tea though.

You can keep all your claggy custards. I have a belting lime, lemon & chili juice: 12% lime 5% lemon 3% chili (Nosferatu from LT Ecigs)
It is not a relaxing, comforting vape, but it is just the job to wake up jaded palates. First the tart zinginess of the citrus, then a fierce kick in the throat from Nosferatu. It is better vaped in short sippy draws; a deep bravura draw will result in much coughing and fear of dying.
No tank cracking detected, even in cheapo clearos.

I'm having fun banging random flavours together to see what happens. Well, perhaps not fun - I'm not sitting here going squeeeee or anything, but it's mildly diverting.
Watermelon and lime is very nice, as is walnut custard and liquorice custard. You might think Kent and lime would be horrid, and frankly you'd be right, although Kent and honey and vanilla and coconut is weirdly enjoyable.

Hmm, I was expecting a discussion of Lepidoptera, but all right... That's not bad going. You're turning it into a hobby, aren't you? I'm trying my best not to do that - I'd rather it was just something I did while following a hobby, rather than the hobby itself. Difficult though. I fear I'm falling into the abyss. I blame robby.

These arrived from Fasttech this morning - www.fasttech.com/products/13531055 x 1100mah batteries for just over £16. All of them have charged up without problem. Also, these - www.fasttech.com/products/13531067 x CE4 for about £7.50. I've tested five of them so far and they're fine. An unexpected feature is a little LED light actually inside the tank which comes on when you press the button. Didn't mention that in the description, but for a little over a quid each, I don't mind.
