a few things i've thought in the past month:
1-make sure you have the right nicotine strength, otherwise your body may just be suffering a withhdrawl or even too much (esp if you feel a bit more of a normal nicotine high) 2-count how many puffs you have with a cigarette. An e-cig doesn't burn out, so it's tempting to keep doing 2 or 3 cigs' worth while you're talking to your friends or something! do a set amount or keep to a set time limit (ie my usual work smoke break does me) and stick to that

Cheers Karma I'll take a look at that
Yeah Pezz it's weird though, on the prefilled cartomisers a cart was lasting me around a day and a half to two days (I was at 10 smokes a day before i start vaping), so it's annoying having to go through 2 or 3 a day now. Almost tempting to just keep buying prefilled carts instead of refilling.
I'm past the month mark of non-smoking and I don't wanna risk that by having wonky carts ha

When a cartomiser's empty (Either a burning taste or just no hit at all) yeah i'm using the eliquid to top it up as much as it looks like it can manage

I've tried refilling my Jacvapour ones the recommended way too, and they just don't seem to last very long at all, like maybe a few hours, and even then they're not that great as when they were bought filled
Having said that, I'm only new to vaping and this is my first time trying to refill anything, is it typical that refilling is a bit crap or have I clearly done it wrong?
