04/19/2013,you came to tell us your vamo doesn't work,I told you send us a video,you did.
04/25/2013,you sent the video to us.
04/26/2013,you sent it back ,and emailed us.
04/28/2013,I resent a new vamo to you ,as well as the Tracking NO.,as I said ,the staff of China Post were on holiday too,there would be a delay(means need more than 3 days to update) .There was announcement  about the holiday and delay on our web.The reason you didn't get update information of the parcel is —the information before May 9 was all Chinese,during this time,why don't you came to our customer service staff ?It was my fault that I didn't tell Maggie ,as there were so many things to do after holiday and she was responsible for  only forums ,not after sale service.
05/09/2013,there were update information about your parcel—in ENGLISH,so until 05/09,you knew that. " I've heard "immediately" or "tomorrow" from you folks- 6 times",could you tell me where was "6 times" come from???
