We won't ignore your requests and complaints. You have our word. The employees of our company are full of empathy, so if anything undesirable happens, we will try our best to get it fixed for you. Of course, if your requests are suspended for too long (regularly we will deal with your requests in three working days), you can tell me the name and email address and the details of your order, so that I can try to cut short your waiting time.

Received 10 of these from Vaporbreak the other day But the Cartridges were not included So I messaged them and the are adamant that a Cartridge is not included with the item Now I may be mistaken but as you all can see it clearly states they include a Cartridge Also the Site still has this item for sale....They have not changed the listing even after I pointed this out I am very reluctant to purchase from them again and suggest you all think twice before you do Hi, the description of the EGO-C atomizer is out of date. I ordered two of the VV350 kits which lasted a few hours till they packed in.The type with the plastic bodys are very poor quality.I have sent a video of the broken kits and am still waiting for a reply.I sent the email on 22/03/13 and am still waiting to resolove the issue.I want to change the faulty plastic bodys for the stainless steel type.I have been using the VV350 stainless body with no problems.Can I please have an answer? Hi, could you please send an email with details of your order and videos or pictures of the vv350 kits to me? Your name and email address is also needed so that I can urge my boss to give you an early reply.

Before I mailed the defective Vamo back they said they would send a new one immediately. I mailed it on Friday and on Sunday I received a tracking # for the new Vamo. On Tuesday I received an email stating they would resend my defective Vamo back to me when I placed my next order with them completely disregarding our previous agreement. After the blatant lies and deceit do they really think I would ever order from them again. Are you saying that they wont send you a replacement unless you pay for it?, or because they want you to pay the shipping? peteyHi, sorry for this. The one changing emails with you didn't explain to you clearly. The reply that sending the new vamo with your next order is a suggestion, and we often do this for the sake of convenience, that is you can get the replacement with your new order and no extra postage is needed. Many customers prefer this, but we ONLY do this on your approval. If you would rather not, we will send the new vamo immediately. We have no intention to cheat. Sorry but could you tell me your order reference number so that I can prepare the new vamo for you?

They copied that listing from somewhere else -- Including the typo. apparent inability to put things right -- Robby ALWAYS has to contact them, and is told different stories than what the purchasing member is. communication channels -- Even Paypal have said he does not reply to THEIR mails. This will be my last public comment on any Vapourbreak issue, it boils my blood to see them treating people in this way. If anyone needs my assistance with fault finding a defective product then feel free to PM me. Hey, I didn't mean to make excuses or something. My boss is the one who answer the emails, and he is busy and not so good at English. This is why he didn't answer emails frequently and tried to use easy words. I don't know why when a problem is raised, all the people tend to criticize us. We do have a lot of work to do, I admit that. We are really trying. On the other forum, a customer said that he understands errors happen, so he won't lose heart because of the mistakes we make. I really feel grateful for his kindness. I know not everyone is willing to give people a second chance. So we appreciate those who do. I know that due to your own issue with us, you have lost faith on us, I really understand that. I still can't see why things go like this during our three-day holidays.

I've had no problems with Vaporbreak fortunately. Any vendor can get things wrong, but it seems that where this particular vendor falls down is his apparent inability to put things right and to keep communication channels open when a problem does occur. This is really a misunderstanding. No offense, really. We had a May Day holiday from 29th of April to May 1st, and I guess this is why the communication is not smooth. After all, my boss is not so good at English, and he answered the emails when we were on holiday. I feel sorry for the introduction of the products section as well. I DID try to convince him that this section needs improvement, but I didn't get the approval, nor did I have the access.

Chrissie I REALLY find myself questioning the validity of "Vendor Status" for a company with a proven track record for letting customers down. Yes, I got a refund for my faulty Vamo, but that took 2 months, a Paypal claim/dispute, AND posting about it on the forums here. Any "AAE-C approved Vendor" suggests a number of qualities to a new Vaper, who will most likely be drawn in by the obviously cheaper prices, I know I was. I personally think this train has reached its destination. Hi, sorry for you first. I don't know when is your issue get solved. I just want to say that many disputes are dealt with lately, and delays are caused. We are sorry for that. The customer service has begun since this March, and so many problems ahead of us, so really sorry for the delay. We are trying really. Actually, things go smooth lately, and PayPal dispute can be dealt with quickly now.
