Lee - Did you buy that quick pop up you posted a link to? 210x210 and your camp bed wouldn't fit? It was 210 to 210 on the bottom of the poles where they pegged to the ground. The far edge of where the pegs go in.
On that picture, the 210 is from the edge of the black bits at the bottom of each pole
I'm 6ft 3in ish and if I laid flat on the ground it it, I would be pushing the sides out on the tent
Tried laying in all directions
Cracking idea with the speed it went up, just the size of it let it down
Yeah I'm only 6ft but broad shouldered and the smallest tent I fit in properly is a 4 man (although the 4 men in question would have to be midgets). |

Wee haul today (1st in quite a while).  Kinda dinky versus my more usual sort of thing, but I got it to see how good it would be for A - stealth use and B - Beginner use.  Also don't get why some people haz troubles wif it and high VG, seems to be wicking my usual 90% VG liquid just fine. . .  Next purchases might be to build a wee squonky thingy. . . then again I might just be lazy and buy a Gbox or Vt Inbox. . . |

Didn't sleep much last night. Typically fell asleep about when I should have been getting up. Woke back up in time to have a fast shower and head out the door for the train.
Haven't charged me phone either so just as well I put my power bank in the bag last night.

All those who can't make it this year will be greatly missed.  I am gonna get hold of a tenting ticket in the coming week and worry about travel plans closer to the event. I also plan to get a new tent this year (the old 'un has lasted 15 years but the nylon is starting to degrade). I'm sure those that make it will just learn to make do and drink to those that cannae ! |
