Demand will be huge! Imeo is on to a definite winner here. I just hope that I'll be able to get my hands on one when the time comes.

Imeo has confirmed that you can make your own resistance in the Iatty. So you could have a low resistance one day then change it the next for a higher one. He says it will be very easy to do and that you don't need tools to replace it.

Hi Sam, nice to see you here. Some good ideas there, I'm happy to help any way I can, just say the word. I'm pretty good at finding information I just need some direction as to what sort of stuff you want.
I'm very new to vaping though so I can't really speak with authority on any subject. If I can help though I will.

Lacquer and varnish are easy - they just spray or brush on to hardcoat the paint underneath and stop it wearing. As for not wanting to ruin somebodies pride and joy you start with your own and then get willing volunteers. At the end of the day a paint or lacquer can be removed easily enough with solvents that won't damage the mod/PV itself. You can maybe get inkjet transfers and print designs which can then be glued on and lacquered over instead of "live" painting. Then people discuss ideas with you and give you dimensions and you post the transfer to them with instructions on how to apply it (and remove if necessary) - but I've done transfers and a blind monkey can do it (or a thick flatmate I once had). A good motto I try and use is - "You don't know until you try." I just built my first mod after much umming and ahhing over whether to do so and I am considering going smallscale with manufacture of mods now. I suppose the transfer thing would be easier for me. If you want to do a trade I could design transfers for you to apply.

I assume you know how to paint physically too so, Have you thought about doing a PV custom paint shop in the same sort of mode as custom bike/car shops? Customers send you their device and you consult with them and paint the device up for them (carefully laquering/varnishing the surface to stop it getting worn off) with a lovely design they will cherish forever. Just an idea as you are very good. A good idea but I'm not set up to offer this kind of thing. I'm not experienced in laquering and all that sort of stuff. I wouldn't want to ruin someone's pride and joy.

I don't know how much exactly he will sell them for but Imeo says he wants to keep the price competitive so as to appeal to US buyers. I'm thinking with the servicable side of these thay will pay for themselves, depending on how much the wire stuff costs.

Anyone with these attties that don't work I could do with one if it's going spare. They work fine with my adaptor.

I think I found vaping at the right moment in time. The Iatty sounds too good to be true and I'm sure I read that it will be ready in the near future. They will sell like hotcakes, I'm going to try to sell a kidney or something so I can get on the waiting list!

Iatty

I mentioned this in the GG thread but it deserves a thread of it's own. Imeo is working on the 'Iatty' and the few videos I've seen look very promising. A totally user serviceable atty and juice feeder system. As I'm new to all this I probably have it all scrambled in my brain but I think he says in one video you can make your own resistance in the atty and it can be done very easily. I have heard of other atties that you can repair yourself but this one sounds like a vapers dream. Add the functionality to the great designs that Imeo comes out with and this is set to move vaping to a whole new level. I've never been this excited for something I know nothing about! I think it will cost around £60 from what Imeo has said which I think would be a very wise investment compared to the money you would normally spend on atties. The flavour and vape is said to be amazing too. I think I have found my ultimate vaping devices in the GG range and just wanted to share my excitement with everyone. Excuse my fan boy gushing!
