It finally had to happen. I had an atty die on me today. I've been vaping for 105 days now and it's my first dead atty so I can't really complain.

I've been using mostly LR 901's but the one that died was a 510. I'm really surprised it didn't die sooner with the hammering I give my atties.

At least I can break it down and see if I can repair it now, I didn't want to ruin a new one for that.

How stupid do I feel? It was me that posted the same link in the first place!

Anyway glad to hear things are moving along.

Found this supplier as well that may have what we need in terms of wicking material. It needs a bit of research though.

So glad to hear you got it working right Ian. It really is a fantastic bit of kit once you get it set up right. I have been using mine non stop and it's never let me down. If only my batteries could keep up with my vaping!

I'm hoping I get my wire tomorrow so I can do some experimenting, nothing from the postie today.

I have no idea how much I vape. I have so many different bits of gear on the go I can't really tell. I think the last few weeks I've increased a bit as I notice my juice bottles are emptying quicker.

Juice in the mouth happens sometimes. Just try not to swallow it. I'm not familiar with the ego-t so I can't help much there. As for juice there are a lot of suppliers, all with different juices. Most of them will do trial sizes or pick and mixes. Have a look in the suppliers thread for links and discount codes.

Had my first go at a recipe from scratch. I made some RY4 using the Perpy method! I started off trying to use a calculator but as it was late at night, my brain was frazzled and I just made it up as I went along. It actually turned out pretty good.

Next time though I will try to be more scientific in my approach and see what difference it makes.
