Hi and hope it's okay to post here myepack. Not sure if missing emails. Can understand that, with being so busy. I'd ordered the blue iStick 50w plus a sleeve for it. I may have mixed up the sleeve order part, as I received a smaller sleeve which isn't for the iStick 50w. Offered to send that back to you, but you kindly said to keep it and that the blue iStick 50w sleeve is in the post. I'm worried it may have got lost in the post, as that was 9 days ago. Hi

Sagepay is our payment gateway you can still pay by Paypal or credit/debit cards just follow the checkout steps and you will have options on the last page

I said that the wrong way, royal fail stated that they had tried to deliver the item but the recipient refused to accept it!!! It was then returned to myepack who have never replied to my emails, phone calls at the time were occasionally answered but at no time have I had any discussion of a meaningful nature. What I meant to say in the post was that the original problem was royal fails, but all the subsequent issues have gone totally unresolved or even addressed by the company. They still have your money mate? A year ago ? send me a pm with your order details and I will get it sorted

myepack I see that you where logged into the forum 5 hours ago, so you must have seen the tags in this thread in your notifications. I'm saddened that you haven't replied to the thread  @chrissie there wasn't a need to reply to the thread 5 hours ago as the OP issue was solved over the weekend and replacement items sent rest depends on RM it could take 1-3 days for the items to arrive have a bit of patience mate they will get to you . yes it does take a bit of time to reply to all the emails we receive and I mean we get hundreds on a daily basis but they do get answered.(mostly at a silly hour when i'm free like now ) as already stated its best to call between 12pm-5pm Mon-Fri if you have any urgent issues
