Hi
So I placed my first order with them last weekend. I ordered 15 aspire coils for my K1. Couple of days later I was sent 10 coils for the nautilus. Obviously an error on their part.
I have emailed them several times now, via their email address and their website contact form. Not had any reply. Very annoying as I am low on coils
Anyone had issues with them?
Cheers

Yes a few members have had issues along the way and yes I have myself. Best way to raise the issue is by phone, in general phoning around 2pm ish (I think its Monday to Friday though) seems to be a good time. I know its not ideal failing to reply to correspondence and you're running low on vital vaping equipment but when the problem is highlighted to them they will sort it out for you. I'll tag myepack here in the off chance that Ash logs on and he should pick this up. Hope this helps.

Thanks all. I finally had a reply at the weekend to my emails. Apologising and promising to send the correct coils on Monday.
Unfortunately they haven't arrived yet bit will give it the benefit of the doubt and blame royal mail for the delay. If they don't turn up tomorrow, I will start to think myepack haven't sent them as promised.
I appreciate not all companies are great with email. But I don't think I am being unreasonable expecting an online company to provide email replies within a day or two.
Got to say, at this rate I don't think I will be ordering from them again. Hopefully they will redeem themselves.

If you boycott them you will only stop yourself from using one of the best, and almost certainly cheapest UK vendors

superdon I agree with you about expecting an online business to reply to emails in a timely manner. This really is something that myepack need to get their act together with.

Took me a tag here, fill form out on their site, e-mail then 5 calls to get an answer for a return. Returned at my cost on a faulty item BTW.... I'm quite busy myself you know.
I'm not biting my nose off, there are plenty of great vendors out there.

That's wrong IMO to have to pay return postage on a faulty on arrival product or any faulty product not even FT do that, hope you got a receipt for the postage and pressure them to reimburse you.

Still not had resolution from a non delivery over a year ago, agreed probably royal fail fault, but at the end of the day the package was returned to them and despite numerous emails and phone calls nothing.

This thread has made sad. I don't buy a huge amount of stuff, but it has been mostly from myepack. It would be a shame if people start having problems on a regular basis with them.
