I prefer the ecigs now Dee! Struggled when I was on the cheap cig like ones - but since having a decent kit I have never looked back!
Next on my list is either the provari or the GG

I started off with a ecig like the one they had on groupon! AND! I was soon addicted! Got better kits now (have to try everything me) Saved over £1000 from NOT smoking (as per my quit counter) BUT perhaps spent £600ish on my e cig addiction!! BUT - it's healthier, and I do prefer the ecigs now!

And I agree with Lee, Dee & Perpy  I think it is ideal for those who want to try vaping, When I first started I started up a similar ecig, I was still smoking, and one of those tips lasted me two days, I was quite impressed, but it was not long before I starting experience battery problems, which I was not aware of the short battery life when I first started Wonder how many units they will say, we have had some cracking deals from Groupon |

The bottles/droppers they use are great! The first I had from them was a 50ml bottle if I remember right! Then I had one of the specials (they do each month)
Just had some atties at a great price - but did have a wee problem - PAula was onto it right away though, and confident it will be sorted before I go away!
Well impressed with them!

I told my doctor and he just looked at me with suspision!
Have an appointment thi morning with a different practisioner as it happens!
BUT just had the shock of my life!
Cleaning my teeth I stuck my tongue out and it is BLACK!!!
googled it nothing sinister - but does say it can be caused by smoking!
OMG!! anyone else have a black tongue?
