Link a credit card like a Halifax Clarity if you have one to your paypal account and this should work out at less than £44 at todays exchange rate.

Thanks dnglos. For some strange reason every time I see something that I want at LF, there's a zero in the stock column! Didn't realise C9V carried boards. Thanks

Thanks. Stealthvape is also the only place I know of in the UK which caters for modders (apart from ebay).
There's madvapes in the US whose shipping isn't too bad for small items but it would be nice to have a few more sources to hand.
If we get a list, maybe we could have it as a sticky in this section.

Do we have a list of vendors, UK and abroad where we can pick up parts such as boards, connectors, battery boxes, switches etc? Or could some of you share where you get your bits from please?

Ah well supose it's back to paying UK prices again How will the vendors in the UK be able to get them....presumably they get them China? They will buy in bulk and use a courier most likely.

KarmaI've heard about FT wrapping batteries in metal foil to get past Customs, I wonder if that will become the norm? I think they've been trying this for a while and from the looks of it, some get through but not all.

On the FT website, it's mentioned that batteries can be shipped in torches.
If batteries are OK in devices, they should get cheap 2,4, 6 and 8 bay usb battery packs made for a dollar or two and send them inside those.
They already sell 18650 USB packs but by getting some cheap ones made, it could be a possible way of circumventing the rules.

I'm sure anyone who is looking to buy an MVP v2 from FT has already read it on the product pages but I had a reply from them confirming that all of their MVP packages are now shipping with v2.

I've sent Petrie Hosken an email and a tweet asking if she could discuss e-cigarettes in light of EU happenings this week. As you probably know, she is a vaper herself and has had a couple of discussions on the subject in the recent past. She may or may not have already planned her topics for today but it's worth sending her an email to see if she's willing to discuss it again later today, Saturday 12th October: email her from the link on this page:www.lbc.co.uk/petrie-hosken-3536Her Twitter:@petriehoskenlbc Her show is on lbc from 1-3pm on Saturdays. You can listen live at www.lbc.co.ukMay be a long shot but fingers crossed!!
