Just thought I'd update on what's happening with the iclear30. For some unknown reason, the draw using the Vamo has improved dramatically and it's now spot on. Not tight at all and not airy; just a lovely balance....for now! I was getting some dry hits. A slight mod to the cap has pretty much sorted that. A bit like some people do with their Vivis and CE caps, I cut the existing notches a little higher. I also cut smaller notches for the two sets of wicks that come from the bottom coil. I've been vaping with it for a couple of days now and not a single dry hit. What I have noticed is that every couple of days, I get some gurgling which keeps rearing its ugly head. Tried a few sharp intakes which sometimes helps, tried blowing through it onto a tissue which also sometimes temporarily fixes it but the iclear seems to like being taken apart and washed every couple of days, after which it really starts to behave itself. I'm still using the existing coils/wicks and one of the replacements but in rotation. They both still appear to be in top condition after being washed. Overall, I'm very happy with it. Flavour great, TH great with the 2 coils, vapour production excellent. I'm that happy with it that I've not used my carto/tanks in the last few days. Now I just hope I haven't put the kiss of death on it by raving on!!

Thanks When I just tried using just the syringe I was wondering what the necessity was for needles apart from keeping the syringe dry!

Is there any harm in using 1ml syringes without blunt needles? Seem to pick up liquid just fine on their own.

Thanks. You're right, it must be AG but I'm sure I've seen it listed as VG but prediluted for convenience (which in itself must make it aqueous!)

I just want to say that I recently placed an order with Terry and the customer service was exemplary.
I ordered a few things, one of which was accidentally missed. Terry swiftly sent out the missing item and very kindly added something at no extra charge.
Great customer service goes a long way in my book and with my first purchase, Terry met this in every way.
I will definitely be ordering from him again.

Thanks Jen I think splitting it is a good idea. When I look at the mixing vendors page, the boots VG is the only one marked as needing dilution. Is that because it's a different type of VG to that from other vendors?

I'm getting so much conflicting opinion on whether to thin the VG with vodka.
Do people only thin them when making up liquids with a high VG content?
Also, if it is thinned with vodka or water, does this need to be taken into account when calculating mixes or do people treat it as pure VG?

could try a local wine /beer making shop if you have one near Oops missed your post, sorry! I don't know of any local shop and I'm not sure whether they will do the smaller size cylinders. I've placed my order with betterequipped for some cylinders and glass droppers. Hopefully they will get despatched later today. Just need my PG to arrive now and I can get up and running......finally!!

To me it looks a bit odd! Very interested to see what they've done with the new iclear though.
