Thanks. I heard about needing a long steep. I've got loads of half empty ready made liquids to keep me going through the wait but I'm really looking forward to mixing now  My shopping list of flavours keeps on growing though. I think I've picked out just over 50 concentrates to mix with  Nothing like your collection or indeed Romelee's but it's getting quite frightening!! |

Perpetua Super-Shiny I notice that both your recipes for vanilla custard are fairly similar, just slightly different concentrations of flavourings. How do they compare to GVC in taste? I've only once tried a sample of GVC that Blakey kindly sent me . . . long after I'd tinkered with a VC recipe Lemental, so I'm no authority on it. But my impression was both were very similar, although GVC was on the sweeter side. Me too! Somebody sent me a 2ml sample of the stuff. I used it in my dripper and I thought I'd gone to heaven. I'm keeping 1ml back so I can compare your recipe, see what floats my boat and adjust from there. Thanks for posting your recipes too! |

Excellent, thanks. I think I'll pick up some ethyl maltol as well as the TPA sweetener but will leave the Stevia off the list for the time being.

There seems to be a few sweeteners recommended here and there:
Ethyl Maltol crystals
Stevia (alcohol based)
Stevia (water based)
TPA sweetener
Do they all have their uses or do you only really need one of the above?

I can confirm the nitecore i4 charger that arrived today appears to work and be genuine, so a bargain at FT prices. Charged up some NiMH AA batteries on it and an 18650 and they test out at the voltage I'd expect and nothing made any noise, smoked or burned my flat out. Is it a normal figure of 8 on the nitecore? because they didnt offer a UK plug but i have a figure of 8 UK plug from an old printer. Yes, normal. I'm also using an old printer power lead. |

The nitecore chargers are definitely genuine. I feel much safer charging my batteries with the i4 than if I had a bundled charger. |

I get that too. Another thing I've noticed is the brown tarry phlegm. I think I've only coughed it up about 5-10 times since stopping fags. Before it was more than once a day. Doesn't sounds very nice but sometimes it would eject itself in projectile fashion! was gonna hit the "like" button, but it didn`t seem right  lol I agree. I don't think it's really appropriate |

I've been off the fags for just over 50 days. Before vaping, most nights I would wake up at some point having a coughing fit. Acid reflux was partly responsible but smoking just made it worse.
Since vaping, I've only woken up twice having the same cough. I also used to spontaneously cough for no apparent reason during the day but that's also much less often.
I still do have a bit of a cough but nowhere near as pronounced as when smoking.
I've heard that high pg and high nicotine can be irritants but I've not experimented with lots of different combinations to see whether altering those will make a difference here.
