thats not bad then... somehow I was looking at the 3-400 but not equating it too over a years use... and thats just one battery.

The thread on Itaste batteries below (or above?) prompted a question for me too.
I have 6 batteries, the 4 best ones are from (Jim) Torchy and easily last all day even when I thrash the Vamo.
Now the Vamo won't fire if the battery is low, so it probably improves battery life by ensuring you recharge before the battery slips into the deep discharge danger area.
Has anyone got any experiences of using a Vamo and how many recharges the battery is good for before it becomes unusable?

My missus has been using an EGO T CE 5 since starting vaping, whilst I went straight to a Vamo and a Dream.
I have had 100 % success rate, whilst she has slipped back to smoking, mainly due to not getting 'enough' from her EGO.
I have rewicked the CE5 clearomisers for her to about 1.8 ohm but she finds that it now gets hot and steams up inside the clearo.
She also managed to melt a clearo by pressing the button too long and the plastic body is now bent!!!!!
I have now built her a VAMO, but she still wants to use the EGO to take out with her.
What Mizer can anyone suggest that will fit on an EGO battery but gives a little bit more ummmphhh for her stressful (Not always caused by me!!!) moments.

Ummm.. no, Its vaped with the button facing away from you......... Whether its a hot spring or not is of no consequence. I could always fuse the link between the 2 bodies, if I could be bothered. I have been using the S Mod for 2 months now with no problems at all. The 2 new ones are just new variations of my original stainless steel one. When I've finished tidying them up, I'll post some better pics.  I always assumed that because the screen and button is at the front, Vamo users use their thumb to keep the screen facing them.. Honestly meant no offence! Wish I had the ability to do what you've done! Looks like a very nicely finished product!! No Probs Dan non taken, The nice thing is the Vamo in S mod fits nicely in your palm and I fire it with my index or middle finger..... maybe I should post a pic of it in my hand later lol |

I have drilled extra vent holes in the battery body that face inwards, towards the center.
You cant see them because they are hidden in this pic, and very hard to see if you look for them.
I've got some screw in decorative studs to cover the top vent

They are part of the 'S' mod , which splits the Vamo into 2 parts and makes it half the size. Also makes Vamo very stable so it stands up without allways falling over.  I just put the 2 drippers on them to take pic. The Dreams atomizers are work in progress at the mo. |

New Vamo's I am working on...  The one on left is for Missus, one on right is mine. I am also color coding 2 dreams to fit on each one. Edit... now I've taken pics I can see I need some to touch up gold paint around the buttons before I lacquer them |
