I think we bought the Riva kit on the same sunday as ,mentioned on another thread ....glad yours arrived ok.

Im two weeks without a cigarette now and i just ordered up some DIY mixes to start mixing my own (thats the unexpected bonus of using e cigs as a method to stopping smoking,..theres enough new things to learn about whether it be equipment or self mixing etc to keep from thinking about cigarettes and just enjoying learning )`

Its such a massive revelation to find its possible to go without cigarettes after many many years of smoking and wishing you all the best in your stopping journey

I m kinda used to taste / smells as a big part of my job(chef for my sins) and i could nt agree more with you all on smells tastes changing due to taste buds and getting used to tastes etc but i really do think that what may have happened is the mix seperating with a concentrate on top and my lack of experience in not ensuring a good re mix before using.

Hi all

I bought some e liquid the other day but i ve noticed a definate drop in both smell and taste of the liquid,is this normal or a sign the quality is nt quite good enough? (when i bought it i did shake it up so dont think its the mix seperating ,if indeed that can happen)

Secondly, I ve looked but with no success for a simple medium range tobacco recipe to try my hand at mixing(not quite ready to do it yet but having a recipe to look over and read up on before going ahead would be useful)

Finally (for now ) can anyone recommend a good low nic menthol e liquid (say 6 mg )?...idea being something i can use to slowly help move away from high nic liquids  and use in the evenings as i find myself using the high nic mix a little too much at night.

After she has slept on it shes asked me to order her up the Riva 1100 so she can at least start vaping at home for now and she liked both suggestions you guys put forward for something she can use when out and about.

Im obviously keen that she moves over to vaping and if the Riva 1100 helps her make the shift then its all good, but i can apppreciate her not wanting to use it in public for now and then following up with one of your suggestions for when shes out once she gets used to the Riva.
