Coll - if you go a couple of days of just vaping and then try an analog you'll have a job to finish it. They very quickly seem to be nauseating. I mean really really awful.
Good thing about having an e cig is that it's not soooo important to not ever have a fag. If you do succumb and have one then it's not the end.

I worried at first about how many carts i was going through. Then i just thought sod it. I'll use as many as i need to keep me from smoking. It's worked so far. And i would say my vaping has calmed down into a pattern.

Yeah i must admit i was mighty impressed the first time i used an e cig. That was only a cheapy one too.

Back when i was a kid there was a song called "Honey" by bobby goldsboro. Proper tear jerker.
I remember the first time i heard elvis's "Shep". Cried me bloody eyes out. Howling and everything. I was only 7 but i kept thinking about poor old shep for days afterwards and bursting into tears.
