I think a lot of this stems from the "e cig" not being taken on as a serious device for getting people off of inhaling "Tobacco" . It's all kind of underground.

If each 10ml bottle contained 235mg doesnt that make it about 23.5 mg per ml ?
Or i am using the wrong method of calculation ?
You wouldn't vape anything like 10ml in a day would you ?
For the sake of clarity.... how is the nic level measured ? I bought 30ml ofliquid with a nic level of 24mg Surely that doen't mean that 24mg is per 30 ml does it ?
I would've thought the level would be measured 24mg per ml. But what do i know ?

exactly what i thought re: mouthpiece. The carts are round and solid normally. Which isn't neccassarily condusive to good clean toking. When you think cigarettes are soft filtered. Round i know but soft.
What size of battery is in your tornado Lee ? I had to go for a bigger battery. To tell the truth i paniced a bit about it. I had not smoked and i have to go back to work next tuesday and wanted something would last me all day with no fuss. Theres not always anywhere to charge up batteries on site. It's ok once the jobs nearly finished cos they electricity then. But i had to cover all possibilities. Just keep on the non smoking wagon.

Lee very nice looking tornado there. I think my wife would like something more like that (with the flatter mouthpiece). Shes not so keen on the hard round cartridges.
If your riva is like my one (though i know mine is a copy) you will really enjoy it. I'm able to vape much more relaxed now without watching with dread for my lit up end to start flashing.

The old throat hit can be quite a delicate balance to strike. As previous posters have said it depends on what nic strength you're using.
I find if i'm getting too much hit then i back off the amount i draw.
That's interesting about the menthol. Does menthol give its own "hit" as well as the nic ?

the health e cigs were what started it all for me so i can't knock them.
It seems amazing that i was able to go without a smoke with just them.
What a fuss though. Having to wait for batteries to charge up.
Thats interesting that they are so popular in Portugal. This really is opening my eyes. I thought i might find a dozen or so other people that were puffing on e cigs. Turns out to be a growing global phenomenon.
Hows your weather in Portugal at the moment ? I do believe we actually maybe warmer than you for once.....ha.

I would think i do have picture manager....i have a lap top and it has windows vista.
I been twitting all morning taking photos and trying to work out how to get them posted up ....but lee's photo is exactly what i have.
I do have a photobucket account but haven't used since last year. I now forget how to use it bit i'll refresh myself with it and use it again at some point.
If my xp 900 is the same (apart from the atty) as the riva 510 then jeeez that was some tool.
I know a lot of people rate them (riva) very highly. It seems to have been the benchmark step up kit (from mini cigs).
Obviously people have gone on to much bigger and better things. But what a superb starting point if you were to get one of these first.
Do people have photos of their kit anywhere i can have a look ?
e liquid........the thickness of the liquid would have quite a bearing on how it vapes i think. How do you get that right ?
Only the e liquid i bought (24mg) seems to be slightly thicker than what was in the pre-filled cartridge that came with my XP.
I don't think i need such high mgs. Or maybe i do just for a little while longer. How would i dilute it down a bit. Like, what would i mix in with it ?
As i write this the battery is still going strong. 24 hours now.
