Aspire Cleito Tank. Brought it 5 days ago but its not the tank for me. Used the 0.2 and 0.4 ohm coils it came with but also brought 5 brand new 0.4 ohm coils that it will come with. Hardly used and like new. £25 posted  |

I have seen them but I think they bi expensive just for a washer and I might need 2. Will try with normal washer first.

Just brought some 21mm washers off ebay will give them a try. Might have to drill a couple of airholes in the top part of the vamo but will see when they arrive. Never have liked the gap as the tank can move too much stressing the thread.

No I could turn the beauty ring upto it on my old v3 but the v2 won't budge. Even got some grips on it too but it won't budge. Just been reading that someone got a normal stainless steel washer and used that which is a good idea.
I have got a beauty ring but its for the smaller batterys and Have tried it on the vamo but its too long.

Hi all today my protank thread snapped off my Vamo V2. I have done quite well really after reading about lots of people snapping them as this is the first in about 6 months. Have got the thread out the vamo and ordered a new base for the Protank. Is there a beauty ring or some kind of sleeve you can buy to support the tank as you get that little gap with the protank on a vamo.
Hope someone can help.

Hi all im going to bulgaria tomorrow and im taking my vaping stuff with me. Im going to take my vamo and protank and also a mini protank and 2 ego twist batteries. I want to take the mini with me in hand luggage and put the vamo in my suitcase. Do I have to put all batteries in my hand luggage?
Also I make my own juice and have been reading and people have said its best to take shop brought stuff with proper labels? Mine have just got a sticker on saying cherry etc. Just worried security might think the bottles a bit dodgy? Has anyone else took homemade juice with just sticky labels on them? Any help much appreciated.

Thanks. I tried with 0.3mm 28awg with 10 wraps and got 0.9ohms. Then I tried 11 and got 1.0ohms but it still wasn't enough to fire the battery (Vamo) so I used some 0.2mm 32awg and did 8-9 wraps as lost count lol. Got 1.7ohms with that wire and getting lots of vape. Think I will get some 0.25mm wire as the 0.3mm is too thick and anymore that 11 turns and it won't fit in the space provided.

Just looked in my box and found a bit of 0.3mm 28awg. How many wraps should I use as I havent got much and don't want to waste it lol.

Just been reading and realised the thicker the wire the less ohms you will get? Is that correct? I always thought it was the other way round lol. Would that be the cause to the spitting?

Hi all its my second attempt at doing a microcoil and im getting loads of taste and flavour. If I leave it for 5 minutes or longer the first time I use it again it spits and I get a gobful of juice lol. After that it works fine until I leave it to stand again. So the only thing I can do is fire it up before I suck and then after that its fine. I tested coil before putting cotton wool in and there was no hotspots. Not sure what gauge wire I used as I have a few but its the thinest I have got. Done 8 wraps for 2.2ohms.
Does anyone else have trouble with microcoils spitting?
