+1 for a spinner. I had two twists and both of them snapped in my pocket. Never one to learn a lesson the spinner is in my pocket all day And isn't loose. Spinner has a knurled dial and clearer numbers. Don't like the button in the spinner. Twist has old ego button. Plastic treabore mint. Spinners is raised. But I can live with that. Spinner all the way.

Powered hub for the win. I have two ego chargers, mobile, ipod, webcam, kindle. Just to make my life that extra bit awesome when I want to take them with me I dont have to dig around behind the spider infested lair that is the back of the beast.

That Michael Mosley documentary was really interesting. After looking into the papers a bit more tho it was not a weighloss diet as such but the receptors it inhibits leads to a much faster regeneration of cells. This can actually work against you when trying to lose weight. If its not managed correctly the cells in the body get all confused and receptors can be damaged and "locked open" this can lead to many nasties in the body and increased weight gain, lowered serotonin pick up amongst others. All a bit laymens I know but I am at the end of a 7 in a row 13 hr night shits... sorry shifts. So Im not going to remember my uni training As with all weight loss diets there is only 3 things you need. Lower intake of calories, exercise (especially cardio vascular) and willpower. If you looking to trim up remember that muscle is heavier than fat and watching those scales if you working out to lose weight is a bad idea. You then need to objectively look at the problem areas (bum, tum, legs whatever you don't like) I have that problem with the wife at the moment. She has this target weight but she is doing kelltlsize and weights to try and shift it. Shes starting to look like she hulk but keeps crying that shes put on weight!!! Sometimes I despair I really do If you need any help give me a shout, I find anatomy, exersize and weight really interesting. Regards Jez So how does a person like me do cardio exercise?? This is the biggest problem I have now. I have a chronic spinal condition. I can manage to walk very short distances on crutches, but most of the time use a wheelchair. The idea of all the cardio exercise I can think is completely out of my range. I can go swimming as long as there is a hoist to get me in, but I certainly can't do aquarobics!! I have found a gym this week that has some resistance equipment for wheelchair users, but all that will do is stop my muscles wasting away. It won't burn fat to any reasonable degree. To be frank, I have been very depressed about this lately, and have also become very angry inside. I am not a lazy person who has sat on their bum eating cake all my life. Sorry Lobey I have hijacked your thread. Didnt mean to. It's just this subject is very close to the bone for me right now. Hey Dolly dont sweat dudette. I have cared for people with many oestoe problems and I understand how frustrating it can be. Cardio is nothing but raising heart rate, this can be done by using dynamic resistance in any kind of movement. Tensing as many muscles in you body as you can and making any movement with self imposed resistance. Imagine it like your moving you limbs through clay. By using dynamic resistance I can raise my heart rate from a resting rate of 80 to 120 without even getting out of a chair. I refer you to this video. I'm not saying that everyone can do this, I'm not saying that everyone can get the same transforming results but the amount of people I have seen with sever skeletal or muscle problems transformed by yoga its incredible. The man in this video used DDP yoga. Its great for men and women who dont want to get into the whole eastern / Indian spirituality of yoga. I believe in you Dolly and if you ever need help with exersize, diet or just someone to call a dickhead just shoot me a PM. Regards Jez I really didnt mean to cause offence to anybody, this is a subject close to my heart and that of my wifes side of the family. All aerobics/dance/yoga/pilates fitness freaks that love working with people of all sizes, ages and shapes. Like the man in the vid tells me, just because I cant do it today, does not mean I wont be able to do it in the future. Much love to all of you and apologies to Blownupdolly for any offence caused.

After caring for her full time she was torn between getting one and just having jeeves here push her around. Then I found out when you squeeze the break on the push along wheel chair it sounds like a fart. Tescos was never the same again. Bless her!!
Good luck with the chair dudette. They are a pain to find then right one for the right price.
