Hello & a warm welcome from me Maxine . . . . everyone kept forgetting what my most fav ejuice flavour in the whole universe is . . . so I made myself a little placard.  A few people have recommended the caramel so im going to give that a go when i order more next week. Think I best just stick to what Ive ordered so far or theres going to be no money left for food shopping lol. |

Im not sure where the ecig came from, its a e health one that looks like a real cig. it was in a box of things my daughter dumped here. There was some ornaments and bits from her trip to china so she may have purchased it there. I think shes probably got it for her boyfriend but hes quit smoking all together now. lol i hope the liquid was for the ecig because it was inside the box with all the cartridges and chargers. All it says on the box is the word high and on the bottle it says yunyan.
the mouth ulcer is really small. maybe it was coming up anyway. I only noticed it was there when i smoked my last real cig after tea time.

thanks everyone for your welcomes. Ive only had about 5 real cigs today , so thats a big improvement already. they were mostly smoked because im used to standing out the back garden having a quick ciggie when I let the dogs out.
Ive got my order in for some liquids now so hopefully it will all be here soon. I will take my little ecig into work tomorrow and hopefully it will get me through til 2pm. Ive got a mouth ulcer on the inside on my cheek come up tonight. could this be caused by the ecig? Ive been using it quite a lot today?

Thanks again everyone. Can anyone recommend any flavours I should try? Not sure what it is i'm using at the moment, it just says yunyan on the bottle. Think it may be what my daughter brought back from china. It doesnt really taste of anything. something similar to whats in the cartridges that come with the healthy cig. Is there any that do taste like cigarettes or would i be best keeping away from those if I want to quit the real thing and try fruity flavours instead? going to shoot off to school now, but i will pop back on later. |

blooming hell your all quick on here lol. just come back to thanks chrissie for the link to the 501 on the libery flights web site and theres loads more replies. well its ordered now and i ordered a small bottle of methol flavour just to be going on with in the 18mg. i will check out the other links when I come back online after tea and order a few more bottles to see which i prefer. I wish I had tried one of these earlier. Been trying to quit smoking for years with no luck. I will definitely be telling friends about them. thanks everyone for your help and suggestions. I will pop back later and take a better look round. Really looking forward to it arriving now |

hi everyone. I was given a couple of e cigs a few weeks ago and finally got round to trying one out last night. Two are the e health ones and theres another thats the same style as e health cigs but its all black in colour, not sure what make it is. I was really surprised at how good they were and Ive hardly smoked any real cigs since. I'm going to attempt to quit the real cigs all together now but the e cigs I have are quite weak so i'm still having cravings for the real thing. Ive been looking around online this morning and I've decided to go for something like the Riva. I'm not sure if I should go for the 501 or the 901. Can anyone advise me which is the best for starting with and where is the best place to purchase one? also the refill liquid, which strength should i start off with? Ive been smoking about 20 roll ups a day. I do roll them pretty skinny so im not sure if i should go with the 24mg or the 18mg. or should i just get a mixture to see what suits best? I will probably start off with the small 5ml bottles until I know whichs flavours i like the best. Thanks  |
