It would appear that I have opened up an old wound posting on this thread, I told it like I found. I have had a message from them and I'm assured that things are different now at UKecig new staff ect.
I hope that things really have changed for the better, time will tell, after all we as the consumer benefit from good vendors the market place is growing on a daily basis I wish them all the best .... Serve us well and we will reward you with orders

We've introduced "Tasters" to our line-up to allow customers to try new flavours. If you decide you don't like the flavour you won't have a 30ml bottle of e-liquid you won't use sitting in a drawer.

What flavourings have you used Dibby? It could be those that have caused some degrading maybe. We both vape mainly fruits, he is vaping strawberry and I've got carapple in one and raspberry in the other one. Both tanks have got the same problem I got some really thin juice and the evod didn't like it at all it just ran out all over the place, you must remember that the evods are gravity fed and if the viscosity of the juice is thin it will just leek out, same goes for blowing down the mouth peace you can totally empty one blowing down it, if you really want to clear a gurgle take it of and blow down the battery end, but I find a swift shake downwards will clear most problems with juice build up in the airway . |

Jen, I've just had a look at the Fasttech website and can't believe the prices! Under £16 for a pack of 10 EVOD's? Are they genuine ones? The ones on VE are nearly £6 each!!!! Do you order all your stuff from there? Are they reliable? Thanks No ...! they are clones I have just checked the site at the replacement coils and if the pictures are anything to go by the 1.8 and 2.4 coils are evod and the 2 ohm coil is more like the protanks and it was this that was fitted to mine, it is just too short to fit some ego batteries.... but you can put on a gen coil and it solves the problem here is the link to the coils www.fasttech.com/products/1411/10004696/1375200 |

Leaking cracking oh my God .... Am I the only lucky one ...lol I have 4 Evods 3 genuine ones and a clone I have had them for over 4 months fault free, I have only replaced one coil and that was because I lost the o ring when I was cleaning it, that said I have had to sort some out for friends. for the most part, most of the problems I have seen have been as a result of over tightening some part of them and the biggest clue to this comes from the clone because it wont work on over half of my batteries. No pipe wrench needed ..: When you put these together every thing only needs to be finger tight, the head has two o rings one seals it to the base and the one on the top seals the air tube, the base has one main o ring that seals it to the body, over tightening can split them. The other thing is the battery if you use a gen evod tank on a gen evod bat you wont have any problems but we don't ....! there is two problems that can happen here 1 it wont reach the post so it wont fire and this is why the clone wont work on some of mine 2 the post is to high on the battery and over tightening it will put pressure on the coil compressing every thing and can result forcing it out of the top as we can see with Jen about, that said all you have to do is stop tightening as soon as you feel it start to tighten just enough so it fires, you will be amazed how little this is. DON'T OVER TIGHTEN THEM ...!! I really hope this helps Pegasus and the cleaning of them:- |

the reason for the child safe top is to stop them getting hold of the nicotine without it you have vg/pg/ and food flavor so the only safety you need is the same as them.

If this had been my first Vendor in my quest to give up the stinkies I would be still smoking they are by far the worse vender I have ever used for anything .... even E-bay.
I get that things go wrong, things go out of stock and the like, I'm a very understanding sort of bloke, but once someone just out and out lies to me game over ....!
I'm sorry but there is too many good vendors out there to waste my time and money with these

Just thought of something else, not sure if I've asked this already, but does the VV on the spinner alter how much nicotine you get per vape? I've been vaping at 3.8v for most of the time which I find is working for me, but the wife has had hers turned up to 4.8v especially in the morning when she wants more. But what's the difference between the 2 settings? I take it that she is getting more nicotine than me? First well done you two.....!! vaping at 3.8 on a 2.5 coil will give you a wattage of 5.8 watts and at 4.8 9.2 watts much more vape and hit if you want to check other values here is a link to ohms law calculator http://www.ohmslawcalculator.com/ohms_law_calculator.php as for juice in the mouth I have tried most things and I love the Evod one thing I do is I take some tissue and roll it into a make shift pipe cleaner and push it down the mouthpiece once in a while. |
