First order with them: 1 x Liquid + other bits When it arrived the liquid was busted and all over the other goods E-mailed them... no answer 3-4 days later phoned them and they quite hesitated but said we will send out more juice 1 week later, no juice E-mailed them...no answer Gave up in the end 2 weeks later received goods out of the blue followed by an e-mail saying my email went to spam I said to myself i would not order again but i did on Saturday for a plinth (gotta give people a second chance) Big mistake... When i ordered the goods i noticed i made a mistake and phoned them, no answer, but they may of been closed. E-mailed them at : (Sales@ukecig.com & support@ukecig.com) Got a automated reply saying that they have received my e-mails Monday comes, new e-mail saying "Preparing for dispatch" Tried phoning and nothing, just rings, won't answer...e-mailed again...Monday night now and no e-mail saying goods dispatched so i thought that looks promising. Checked e-mail this morning..."Goods dispatched"...received goods around 12.45 today. Never Never Never again will i ever order from them again, and still no e-mail from them. Funny thing though if i e-mail them with a query on a product saying i am interested on a item i get a reply...and that e-mail goes to the same place as the ones above did...spam? yeah right It's not so much about the money it's the lack of service that does me.

What have they done??? They used to be so helpful, always delivered the next day, always included a little freebie. How disappointing, I have seen reports before from others regarding lower standards. What a shame.

They are supposed to be sponsoring our London meetup on the 23rd I know AlanFinal has had problems with them contacting him as we are all supposed to be meeting at their new vaping lounge. Last i heard it was still being built.

To be honest i thought my first order with them was just a blip and perhaps they was having some troubles at that present time, but my second order with them is 6 weeks apart so that is one looooooooooooooong blip

I will fess up and admit I had minor issues with them before Christmas. One of the Riva batteries I got with my starter kit stopped working. Husband emailed a couple of times then phoned after no response. Was told to raise the centre pin. Tried that several times. Emailed again and never got a reply. Gave up in the end. Like you, i thought teething problems mayb, but I haven't tried buying anything since. I was planning to take the Riva battery along to the meet to see if they could have a look at it.

I was intending to give them one last try. Sometimes life gets in the way, but in all honesty, customer service should be your biggest priority in business

Yeah, I'm kinda with you Romelee. Even though I did eventually get my stuff, and they swapped out my 3 clearos for an iClear 30 as I requested, I'm really put off by the whole experience as I had to fight so hard to get it. It shouldn't be that hard to get what you've paid for, not when there are plenty of other very good, very helpful and very reliable vendors around. It's a shame, I got my first vaping kit from them, but so it goes.

Incidentally, I have only ever ordered from them once, back in September last year, no special reason other than I seem to order from better known places.
