Menthol is much stronger than other flavours, you will find that you need higher concentration of most other flavours.

So far I've done some cinnamon Danish swirl, some coconut, vamp vape , jack the ripple and a mix of the cin Danish with coconut. Should have done this months ago! Only steeped the Danish and the coconut for a few days, but already vaping well. This is going to cost a fortune! (And when will I get time to vape it all????)

I think his argument is a bit simplistic. Although an ageing population is definitely a problem, an ageing healthy population is much less of a problem. Where in the past smokers would have contracted lung cancer and died, now they trend to have lengthy talents and instead doe with chronic diseases after long illness. If we reduce smoking then people will have a longer healthy life expectancy, so will be able to continue to work and contribute economically for longer.
A big issue with smoking is the link with deprivation and inequalities. Reducing smoking in more deprived communities is a sure way to reduce health inequalities. A more equally society is one we all want surely?

Well today I was outside vaping at work when our director of primary care walked past. "Are you still smoking? It's so bad for you?!". I showed her my ecig, told her I hadn't smoked for 7 months. Her response???
" You go girl!!"

Stuff arrived this morning, and have 2 10ml bottles steeping! Hurray! Don't think I'll bother with the little syringes for the meantime, as long as stuff is roughly right I think I'll be ok

I've never been on ukv, but what I love about aaec is that there are no stupid questions, no matter what stage you're at in your vaping journey people will help you along, no one takes themselves too seriously, and it's a generally nice place to be. Xx
