I read somewhere on this forum that to leave lids off while steeping is a bad thing ... Apparently the juice will absorb moisture from the air if you do ... Which isn't good .... Apparently ...  |

Good luck when it arrives... Although the vagaries of the postal system with FT leave me very confused ... I had 4 separate orders that were shipped on different days with 2 weeks between the first and the last ... The first order for a kick and some IClear 30 heads still hasn't turned up and the other 3 all arrived together with the postman yesterday .... Go figure ???

Picking up from the earlier thread of the magneto's nasty habit of firing when the nut comes loose.... I've noticed that my magnets seem a lot weaker after the incidents of over heating...
Can any of you knowledgable people here answer the question of whether subjecting the magnets to high temperatures may cause them to lose some of their magnetism ?

Taifun is working great ... 1st coil wasn't good ... .32 kanthal on 3x 2mm silica ... Wouldn't wick properly so went to .25 kanthal on 2x 2mm silica ... 1.2 ohms ... Puffing like a train .. Easy to work on and easy to fill... Can't decide if I prefer it to the kayfun3.1 ( they're all clones ) but both make loads of vapour .. No flooding / gurgling ... At the moment the Taifun wins by a nose because it's so easy to fill
