Received my new VAMO from Fasttech a couple of days ago ...( eventually !) I ordered 2 extra 18650 batteries .... But they won't work !! Have I bought the wrong ones ? The positive terminal is much smaller than on the batteries it came with .... Any help greatly appreciated ...  |

Hey guys.. sorry to appear thick but I've found this section of the forum fascinating. Some of the mods look amazing...
Been looking at those sexy looking battery compartments ... Like the fasttech ones mentioned earlier...
the dumb question is .. Where is the firing button ? Does it not need one ? Am I missing something here ?

Keep going Greenday... I've had the same cravings... I do have the occasional fag if it gets too bad.
I found the best remedy was to buy some upgraded kit to make the vaping experience more pleasureable ... Try ditching the Tornado tank and get a decent atomiser like an iclear30 or a protank... It will help you enjoy vaping again ....

Oh god ... All I'm reading here is about Vamos going wrong... I ordered my one from FT a few days ago.... Have I done the right thing ?.....
I was under the impression that it was a trusted and reliable piece of kit ... ???

Thanks chykensa... The reason I'd still say go with the Riva type kit is that for many people it suits them and they have no need to upgrade ... For those that do want to move on I think half the fun is researching and experimenting and coming to their own conclusions as to what bests suits their needs .. |

I must agree with Raid's sentiments ...... I used this site for advice after wasting 50 quid on crappy Skycigs set...
I pointed out I was quite a heavy smoker
My advice basically was :
Blister packs
Riva 1100 from vape escape
Or go the whole hog and get a Vamo from Fasttech ...
Didn't have the patience to wait for the shipping from china so I went for the Riva....
From there graduated to evods, iclear30 and a spinner...
I've now ordered the Vamo and a couple of protanks...
In hindsight I should've gone with the Vamo in the first place but I think it's a little journey of discovery that we all need to make....
If I was asked to recommend the right kit to a new vaper I'd probably give them the same advice that was given to me ..
