Brilliant, glad it's a good vape day. Cheers bud. I must admit i prefer vaping but im very weak You're not weak you just have a battle of wills that's all. Which is your strongest hand left or right? Test it out. Clasp your hands together in front of your chest. Now pull outwards gradually increasing the pressure until the weaker hand is forced to yeild. It never will because, although one hand is actually weaker than the other, the conflict isn't one hand against the other, but you against yourself. Nobody forces you to smoke. It is not lack of will that prevents smokers from quitting, but a conflict of will. I took that from my Allen Carr book and hopefully it will help you understand. Switching to vaping isn't easy for everyone but can be done, just give your mind time to adjust and if that means smoking a few cigs till your ready to make the full switch so be it.

Sounds a nice mix Dinamic, I have a black cherry on order, with a peppermint ...and toffee, apple pie and belgian waffle ...basically half of JJ's samples fell into my basket in varying mixes to test out what might suit me I've got 2 ego batteries, came as part of starter kit so I'll be wanting to continue with those as best I can but I cannot bear this plasticy taste, it overpowers any slight flavour in liquid. I will invest in glass clearomisers - when I've worked out which ones fit on ego type battery ...but I will have to have a non plastic mouthpiece too Its a minefield isnt it! thank heavens I've found you all to point me in right direction It can be a pain can't it when you start tasting plastic and perfume type tastes. Like you say treat yourself to a glass clearomiser and it really should help I'm sure. Well done for keeping at it.

That's sad news bubbleglass, but at least if you try you haven't lost anything! And enjoy markm shop, he has some awesome pieces! I loved his modded Vamos! Could I ask where his shop is please? I saw Colchester mentioned earlier and am not far from there.

Hi Sassy .. I won't get into the bottom coil versus top coil debate (again) as every one knows my preference for the dual top coil iclears by now! What I will say is that imho a dual coil will always give a far better vape in terms of TH, flavour and vapour production than a single coil of the same nett resistance. The new bottom dual coil clearos include the Aspire, the Davide and the Kanger Protank if you want a cool, airy vape. If you want a warmer, tighter vape then you can't go wrong with the iclears. +1 for this post. I too find I get a much better TH, taste and warmth from my iclear30 than my two Evods, that's just my personal preference as it feels more like I am having a cig than the cooler vape does which for me is still very important at this stage.

I think you're right I am convinced the taste and sensation in the mouth sends the physiologically message to the brain that all is well. It's not easy for everyone (I found switching a struggle) and you will get there. I could be wrong but tuttie fruiti is not yet a taste your brain maybe assosiates with having a cig, that all is well feeling. I have been doing a lot of reading today and over the pond a lot of new vapers vape unflavoured e liquid at first, to get used to the switch, then start to add flavours. Might not be something you want to try but just thought I'd share in case it helps. Don't beat yourself up and count the cigs you haven't smoked in the last few days. Ye ive decided it is the taste more than any thing else. I love the RY4 taste. Once i got the nic strength sorted i didnt fancy a smoke too much and thinking back to the other day i lost the taste then too. Ive just made up a new batch of juice and added a little extra flavour. And if the flavour goes again try a batch of non flavour just to clean your mouth out. I too have struggled terribly with the taste issue so know how you feel. Keep us informed on how it's going as we are all rooting for you.

Day 4 And ive cracked all day today ive been chain vaping like a train on steroids. Around 5 ish i started getting chest pains and palpitations so put down the vape and bought 10 stinkies. I dont think the chain vaping was down to needing nic but more needing the taste. I tried putting the cobra on with the tuttie fruiti but still got no taste. Just hope tomorrow brings a better taste. Skyped my ma and pa today and showed them the Evic (my dad now vapes 90% smokes 10%) they are due to visit us soon so dad said he will have a go on mine and see what he thinks. I will say I don't think he will make a purchase as he use it till it breaks kinda guy, but I hope he does as it might just be that thing he needs to get him off those last 5 cigs a day. Fingers crossed and all that jazz.

I have just read that in America a lot of people vape unflavoured e liquid for a few days to sort out vapers tounge, so that might help people out too.

Hi teee here is the Red Astaire link t-juice.com/red-astaire.htmlNot overly sweet so it might suit you fingers crossed. I know what you mean about flavours tainting your clearomisers. I had a coffee caramel and I had to throw the atty away as I could still smell it after cleaning it. I store my liquid in a drawer and I could even smell it in the drawer, it turned my stomach. Now I wouldn't dream of eating coffee caramel cake but I know if I did it would not turn my stomach. Isn't it funny how some e liquid can have this effect on our stomachs? Yet with food nothing turns my stomach and never makes me feel queasy. A pain in the bottom really..lol
