2 batteries down, my last battery died briefly, but that was fixed by unscrewing the base of my evod and finding the head still in the tank ???

So now, to top off the stressballs of that it seems I have acquired the famous 'vapours tongue'

I can't taste shit, nothing, nada, zip.

Not even the tart and tangy rhubarb coulis is there

This is the first time in 20 days I have felt the real temptation to roll a fag and smoke it. Thankfully no baccy or menthol filters in the house so it ain't gonna happen but if there had of been, I may have given in to that temptation just to give the day a big FU.

A couple of tanks of menthol will soon get your taste buds back on form Sassy .. works without fail every time for me and after 40+ years smoking my tastebuds are well shot!

No Sassy! Puff something (you'll still get the nicotine) and do something diversionary - knitting, telly, sex??? It will pass and you'll be fine - honest! Been there, done it (mindless computer games for me but can't knit, don't much like telly and am single!)

Sorry you're not having much luck today Sassy. I looked up vaper's tongue on ECF and it says eat some chocolate and that fixes it. Or try menthol liquid, that fixes it too.

+1 for Menthol - it happens to us all, and soon passes - I have a stinking cold at the moment, so Menthol all the way for me, no point in wasting my tasty juices if I can't appreciate them!

I had the same problem after a few weeks.....I now vape T Juice Red Astaire and taste that no problems at all,infact most of the T Juice range I can taste ( and they are lush ) ...I still have problems tasting the more bland flavours and flavours I adored for a week or 2 before......I tried vaping mint/menthol and it did nothing for me at all
I have purchased a few stronger flavours and touch wood my broken taste buds are working again

I don't know why, but a Milky way bar tends to cure it for me.


On the other hand, sex sounds like a better option. (I can't knit either ....... )

I'm a pessimist about technology, which is rich coming from a fella who earns a crust using computers. However! The secret is to have a plan B. When I zoom off to work, a 30 mile drive each way, I keep an emergency toke in the car. It is either a fully-topped up Ego if I've bothered to charge the battery, or a cigalike that I pick up on the way to work or back. Either way, if the regular one I use runs out of battery or juice, there's always a toy in the car to back me up on the way back to home for recharge/refueling. Always have a backup plan!

I hope youve got your taste back. Ive got some mint ( garden type more than menthol) and every time i use it my Rytual tastes a lot better

I'm with you there loobieloo...PS3 games all the way, when I am playing games I rarely find the need to vape, too busy concentrating on winning the war!

yup, only vapour I can taste IS joosejuice Mentol (and.. I loathe menthol ) Only thing I can suggest is eat? ....food is always my 'to go to' distraction, which is why I'm fat least e-liquid seems to taste better after food?
